Actually, you received a response just 4 hours after submitting your ticket. Please make sure to check your email and the tickets section in your MPP account before making any claims.
For reference, here’s what we responded with: - Please keep in mind, our service doesn't promise to deliver IPs with a specific fraud or quality score as determined by lookup sites, especially when such methods are not directly related to the actual success rate of their use.
It's not something META or most other platforms look at when assessing IP reputation. So, go ahead and use your proxy as you intended, and if you run into any problems, just give us a shout. But really, there's no need to lose sleep over fraud scores from lookup sites that don't impact your proxy's performance for your specific tasks.

Your Google requests are being blocked or filtered due to restrictions or DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) commonly used in mainland China. Here's how you can address this issue:
Switch to HTTPS Over SOCKS5:
If the current setup is using HTTP, switch to SOCKS5 with port 29843. This can sometimes evade DPI-based filtering, which might be interfering with Google traffic.
Ensure Scrapebox is configured to handle proxies properly:
Go to the Settings menu in Scrapebox and verify the proxy settings.
Import proxies with port 29843 and set them as SOCKS.
Test each proxy manually in Scrapebox to confirm connectivity with Google.
If this don't work, use the instructions below:
Set up one of your proxies with Shadowsocks:
Configure one proxy in Shadowsocks as a SOCKS5 proxy to tunnel all network connections. This creates a secure, obfuscated connection that can bypass restrictions like China's DPI.
Run Scrapebox with other proxies on top of this setup:
Once the entire network is tunneled through Shadowsocks, Scrapebox can use the remaining proxies for its operations. By running Scrapebox with the other proxies after setting Shadowsocks as the base tunnel, it ensures that all requests are routed through the obfuscation layer, including Google traffic.
Install Shadowsocks on your PC.
Configure one of the proxies as a SOCKS5 proxy within Shadowsocks.
Enable system-wide tunneling in Shadowsocks to route all traffic through it.
Launch Scrapebox and configure it to use the remaining proxies as usual.

Our service doesn’t promote this as a feature, so your feedback on this is irrelevant. When you choose a plan, you are asked to select a use case.
