I downloaded the game Merge Cruise and met most of the goals but have not received points. I have repeatedly contacted them and all I get back is an email saying "We have updated your inquiry" but no other response. I have now spent over $800 to reach levels by certain dates and earn points. I now cannot see anything on my page regarding Merge Cruise because it ended. I've tried multiple times to file another inquiry but the site will not let me because it says I already have one started. No one will respond. I am retired on a fixed income and have always loved MyPoints for the extra money I can earn. This is the first time I've had an issue and it's very serious because I cannot afford to lose that kind of money. I don't know what to do now. I feel like this is a bit of a scam now because I'm being totally ignored.

Mypoints is the survey panel I use the most. Tried to redeem points for a $50 Amazon e-gift cert.
Mypoints stopped there, system asked for my social security number. I understand why - because of the annual #1099 $600 reporting threshold
Problem is that redemption would have taken my total for this year to $575. Which is $25 below the threshold
I messaged Mypoints several times about this, with no response. Mypoints should fix their systems, and only throw up this social security number blockaid when the redemption request takes the use to be at or over $600
The law changes Jan 1, 2026. The threshold goes to $2,000 for this tax reporting requirement. Makes me wonder and anticipate this being screwed up as well

I've been using mypoints.com for years with little or no problems; however they are dropping the ball.
A few days ago, I was informed that points I earned playing game of vampires would not been given.
After over 3 months, of tickets and emails and screenshots, I would not be given the points I earned and achieved because it has taken too long. They also tried to blame third party vendors, but I only used links supplied by MyPoints.
I included screenshot of my skipped achievements. I included emails from September while the game was still actively awarding me points.
Mypoints has repeatedly skipped achievements in the last few games, but were willing to award missed points. ONLY NOW ARE THEY REFUSING TO AWARD THE POINTS I EARNED. The points were for a total of 1280 ( 480 pts and 800 pts).
With continuing bad customer service this site is becoming one that should be avoided. This is sad because it's been such a decent site until the last few months.

Just received the dumbest reply possible; which shows how bad their customer service has gotten.
Asking me to contact their people to again submit the same information that they have already received numerous times already. How many times is enough? I have already submitted 3+ tickets about their failure. And 2+ times questioning their lack of response to tickets. It's been over 3 months. Now they want a continuation of their failed service. Especially since they have already said they can't do anything and also tried to blame it on imaginary third parties; which also generated a response from me that went ignored.
RUN.

Swagbucks own too. This will start going down hill too. Unless it goes back to the way it was when it first started. Same goes for Swagbucks. Because they're losing people right now including me too. I know several people that already left.

If I could give them less stars, I would. I spent hour and hours working my points up to cash out $15. This alone took forever. Then after not receiving my gift code for a week, I inquired thru customer service. After the normal; we’ll get back to you in 30 days… I got a message saying that I was found to be in violation of some rule of some sort. No details, no further explanation and no $15 for me. I’ve never lied on these repetitive surveys and have no idea how to navigate AI. But they accused me of cheating and kept my money.

If you enjoy earning rewards online, MyPoints is a fantastic choice. I've had a great experience with their engaging surveys and diverse activities. It's definitely one of the better sites in this category.

Zen Desk is unhelpful. Lately every time I have a problem with a survey, the Zen Desk sends an automated 'sorry you had a bad experience, not every survey can be a winner' kind of response without even looking at my complaint. (I know that they don't review my complaint because the response is immediate) when I re submit or ask for further response the result is crickets.....they just ignore it. This is a relatively new thing....the Zen Desk used to be helpful and attentive to problems...I wonder what changed?

Mypoints was a honorable app because they did pay the gift cards that I earned until today. The suspended my account after I earned enough for a $5 Skrill gift card. I was ordering my 5$ Skrill gift card and hit confirmed and they suspended my account.

Used it 3 times and 2 of them did not show up after completing but I use a screen recorder and emailed support and support after a few weeks they got the missing points, nothing extra but even tho it took multiple messages and following their tasks they asked for i got the points, dealing with them was much more time consuming than the activity wad lol, they made it right so I recommend

Their Bingo allows you tp play, but does not allow you to submit to claim a points win.

the site has many benefits and surveys that are tailored to my interests and what I enjoy doing.

They ask about 15 to 20 questions and than disqualify you. About 90% of the surveys are like that. So you spend a large amount of time answering questions with no reward.
I think it's a scam because they still get information out of you without having to compensate you under the excuse that you didn't qualify.
Also if you're going to do this make sure to cash out every $10-$20 because if you let the amount build up to $100s they will take your points, not pay you and ghost you.
Edit: They just copy and paste the same response to people on here.

5th Update for MyPoints due to reply - Proof you don't read anything. I mentioned that I CLOSED my account, yet you mention that I should contact you via my activity ledger on the site, which is only possible when one has an account. No thinking outside of the box, nor curiosity on your part to solve this. You might as well lay off everyone, and have them replaced by AI (and if you already did that - explains everything). I did wonder if maybe I'm not being fair, being too impatient..NOPE this recent reply from you helped me to confirm for myself that I made the correct decision. Please don't reply anymore..if you wish to communicate with me, research in your records for my email, and send me a message.
4th Update - Nothing has happened, so I closed my MyPoints account. When I originally signed up, over 10 years ago (maybe close to 20 years ago), it was fun, easy to earn points, great customer service. Now, it's absolutely awful...not fun at all anymore. The last year or two, I was debating about canceling. Thank you for making the decision easy because of this awful customer service! Maybe not technically a scam, yet very close to being one. Even though my account is now closed, leaving all of the correspondence/updates by chance anyone is curious and wishes to read all of it. If zero stars were possible, I would utilize it.
3rd Update - reply to MyPoints - I explained it on my original post/review. Moreover, in a reply to Ticket- Reference: 16668246, I provided additional information with pdf's to your email address at mypointscs.zendesk.com, and that's when customer service seemed to stop research, indicating I had to open another ticket, and submit them that way - when your system doesn't accept pdf's, and when I inquired about that, I was ghosted. Can someone initiate contact to me (you have my email in your records), or research this with the ticket reference I supplied, so we can go from there? Please?
2nd Update - reply to MyPoints - I utilized your system again not long ago - Activity Ledger system - and no response, no update. It's a circular loop system of chaos. Please research the original Ticket- Reference: 16668246, you have my email address - contact me, I will provide pdf's. Stop being locked with your ticket system that isn't user friendly.
Update - reply to MyPoints - it's not listed on the Activity Ledger, which is probably why there is an issue. Please research Ticket Reference: 16668246
I have 12,500 missing points (related to the ASPCA donation offer, dated July 10th).
Requirement was an ASPCA monthly donation of $19 or more, which had to be done on or before July 22, 2025 (11:30 PM PT).
I was in time, and submitted a screenshot of the confirmation email from ASPCA.
The acknowledgement email from MyPoints about this inquiry, which started on Sept 9th (I had to wait ~45 days, hence the difference in time between July and now) - Ticket Reference: 16668246, indicated I could reply with additional information. So, I replied with the attachment of pdf(s) consisting of the offer, and the confirmation email from ASPCA because a screenshot is limiting.
The reply I received was "For your privacy and account protection, we can only assist with tickets submitted while you are signed in to your account.
Please log in to your account and submit a new ticket through the Help Center so that we can review your request. Once you've done that, our team will be happy to take a closer look."
What? Are you kidding me? How is that possible? The system only allows for a screenshot image, and I have a ticket number, I was logged in, and created the process that started all this, and I was informed, reply with additional information. Why am I being told to start again?
I replied indicating that catch-22 (and with a reply, there's usually an auto email indicating received, and I'll receive a reply). This time, I didn't receive that (it was on 9/10), which is why I suspect that I was ghosted by customer service. Either my ticket was closed, or I'm now being ignored.
Very disappointing.
MyPoints - Please award the missing 12,500 points. Thank you.
