This company is not CERTASS accredited as they falsely claim. YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN building regulations cover despite their false claim. I have spent 5 months chasing this up, the companies response is always we'll chase that up. Would not recommend to anyone

I have just had some windows fitted and am very happy with the job , the sales rep was lovely very knowledgeable and polite not pushy at all, the fitters were respectful and hard working, I now have a cosy home , I would highly recommend this firm and look forward to employing them in the new year ,thank you for a job well done.

Really happy with the experience from start to finish, 10 windows, fascias and guttering, the install was done monday to wednesday. The fitters were all very polite and profesional.
I would highly recomend my new windows to anyone considering investing in new windows.
Weve also purchased composite doors from them and cant wait to have them fitted in the new year.
The house looks really new and fresh, one thing i would recomend is getting the windowsil cap as this has made such a big difference to the final finish.

Sliding Patio doors, great quality, great fitting team and totally happy.

Afer a visit from thier very informative sales agent, we decided to upgrade our double glazed windows to triple glaze, replace the front and french doors to match the grey finish of the new windows. We were kept up to date with the progress of our order and an instillation date was set. Unfortunatley this was the day after the new Covid local lockdown was announced, I informed the agent who promptly reorganised the instillation for the next day to avoid me having to wait months for the restrictions to be lifted. I had a really skilled fitter, who managed to sort out some dodgy diy window projects that my husband did. All fitting was completed over 2 days thanks to the hard working fitters and the help of our agent to sort out a couple of hic ups (one small window pane cracked in transit and the front door was minus a letter box but all was sorted promptly and with out fuss). I am 'over the moon' with my new windows and doors and would not heisitate to recommend this company for quality of product and service...Great job guys, big smiles and thumbs up from me.

The sales people who knocked on my door from this company were very polite and helpful. They gave me a price for the work I wished to have done and
after due consideration I accepted their tender and paid the required deposit.
However a few days later I sadly had to cancel having the work done due to health reasons and I must say the company were very co-operative and sympathetic
about the monies I had deposited.
I would have no problem in recommending or using this company again if and when I require their services.

very nice to deal with, good customer service would recommend. We placed an order but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, they were very understanding. paid a £2,000 deposit got a full refund straight away. very honest and trust worth company. We will be coming back next year definitely

Great guys,very professional. Had my fascia soffits guttering and down pipes done today. Very clean and tidy work, very happy with everything.

Would not recommend..! Pushy salesman knocked on our door last night (13th August). Took absolutely no notice of the 'Cold Callers not Welcome' sign stuck on the front door. When he didn't get any response, he knocked on the dining room window, after which he walked up our driveway and hammered on the side gate. Are you people so desperate for customers!!! This is not professional and not the way to go about your business! To add insult to injury, the follow up guy, turned up about an hour later, parked across our driveway blocking us in!! During our discussion with him, he intimated it wasn't one of their sales quys as they're told not to do that. Suggest "My New Windows", you send the guy who drives the blue Land Rover (we took the reg) on a training course! The follow up guy DID apologise and moved his vehicle to the address he was visiting. At least he had a bit of sense. Unfortunately no matter how good your products might be or your prices, your sales reps have let you down. By the way, I note your response on all reviews is exactly the same with only the person's names different. I'll be interested to see your response to my review. Trust pilot, you need to allow a no star review.....as My New Windows don't deserve any stars in our experience!

*** Reply to Steve *** we don't answer the door to cold callers, hence the sign.. So would not have been able to ask the pushy salesman, who he was..

However, bit of a coincidence that pushy salesman calls, then your 'surveyor' calls an hour and a half later and tells us that your company works from 'leads'... what were we to think.

Maybe you should find out who pushy salesman was, as we might have chosen you in the future...but not now!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, the team at my new windows went the extra mile, cleaned and sanitised all the products with antibacterial wipes and hoovered up after.

Professional & clean from start to finish. Highly recommended. Completed my conservatory roof today. We had it changed to a tile roof. They started and completed within the time promised. Cleaned up and left everything fully complete. Very happy from start to finish
