Great service!
My LONDON and Andrew in particular have been great! Amazing and personable. The viewings with them have always been relaxed and made us feel at ease so we could take our time to look through properties in a lot of detail before making an offer. Would highly recommend Andrew and My LONDON!

Resourceful, persistent agent still selling in tough market!
The standard of service I have received from My London Home has been excellent! I have now worked with them on multiple occasions, with them selling three of our apartments in as many months.
In particular Jamie G. has been a pleasure to work with, his resourcefulness, persistence and how he has taken the initiative to sell these apartments in what is a difficult market is testimony of his work.
I hope to continue working with this agency, and would recommend their services.

Superb estate agent
Jamie is hands down the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Proactive, professional and helpful. Really went in to bat for us and got us a great deal and was amazingly supportive throughout the process - before and after the sale.

Awful
I can honestly say that I have never received worse service than that of My London Home's in my entire life. Where do I start?! Maybe the incompetent property management team that took four months to "process" our paperwork? Maybe the leaking shower that took over a month to replace? Maybe not having an oven or hob for 5 weeks? Maybe when they lost a copy of our keys? Maybe the missing roll of sellotape from the inventory that they question at checkout?
Aside from all of this, the worst of it all, is that they do not act honestly on behalf of the landlord. After having spoken to the landlord directly we now know that the countless times we were told the "landlord was delaying the issue" was, in fact, My London Home lying.
Just take a look at the 5-star reviews on this page, they all sound like they've been written by the same person. Take a look at some of their Glassdoor reviews if you want to find out the truth...
"There is also a culture of lying and misleading clients. I used to read the positive tweets/updates and faked reviews for fun as they are so different to the reality and what I heard every day." - Glassdoor, 1st July 2016.
Avoid at all costs, for both tenants and landlords. The true definition of scum bags.

0/5 - Completely RIDICULOUS and UNPROFESSIONAL.
Worst experience renting a flat. Since the beginning of the tenancy I already encountered some issues. The previous tenants left the flat one day before my flatmate and I moved in, without us having any knowledge of this, therefore they handed the flat to us as a complete and utter mess as we moved all our belongings in. We managed to come to a deal, and swift the contract to a week later. Meaning us having to move back all our belongings, so the cleaning team could clean. During the stay many things did not work at the flat, and the landlord wouldn’t take care of any broken items. Calling the agency to sort things out, the person in charge of our flat would not be around and they would tell us to deal with someone else, and of course, these people not understanding what was happening, we would have to repeat ourselves day after day. At the end of the tenancy we broke the contract, because we had a break clause. After many emails and calls DAILY, asking for our deposit and remaining rent money back, it has now been over 3 months we have left the flat and MyLondonHome people seem not be helpful at all, in specifically Marta Drag by always telling me the same excuse that she will sort things out yet no outcome week after week. I am still waiting for my money and yet nothing, same old excuses of “I will sort it out today and give you a call tomorrow”. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. I have never experienced anything similar.

A company sell property with a higher price than the asking price, and hide it from you
Long in short, one of their staff helped me to search for property around Stratford, and a bedroom came in front of my desk. It was a good property and I was interested to invest it. He told me the selling price was £440,000 at the beginning. He came up with a price of £422,000 (which I didn’t put this price forward) and said the seller agree with it in a very short period of time.
With this “ideal” offer, he started pushing me to accept it (please see the screenshot of our conversation) and asked me to complete the contract exchange within 14 days, which the completion of the property was six weeks ahead. On top of this, he pushed me to use the solicitor he referred, as claimed to make sure the contract exchange can complete as soon as possible.
Since it was a good property, and I relied on his credibility, I put down £2000 deposit for securing the offer. However, with his attitude, I doubt there was some issues in this purchase. Since I purchased a number of properties in UK before, I have full understanding of property trading process and potential issues. I researched online and discovered the truth.
On Rightmove.com, I discovered that the asking price of this property was £410,000 only.
I asked him why is like that. He claims it is a mistake and I can't change the offer I put.

Very pleased with the service provided by MyLondonHome. My property was handled by Will and Jonathan who handle my paperworks, Cameron, and Jasleen with the inventory check of the property. Working process was a bit slow but overall, it's great. I am also very happy with service provided by Jasleen for inventory check-in. She showed me through the property, provided me with useful informations and helped me to rush the process at the end. Thank you all.
