I have been tricked "click bait" into job that suits me and then get redirected to something not even close to my preference or the job I wanted to see.

Will run you to the ground because management has no idea what it takes to be successful. Please make no mistake , If you are driver for Marathon they truly believe you have down syndrome and have no other life options. Winters are brutal and equipment is not suited for environment. Drivers will die because of managements oversight and trying to get that cost cutting bonus .Do not recommend this position to any driver, you are putting you life at risk so others can save money and send their kids to college. Average in the Bakken is 32 a hour, look at what they want to pay you . Enough said.

Capstone is an amazing company. Hard work is rewarded. It is easy to move up in the company as long as you work hard and show up. All levels of management from the bottom to senior VP'S are always available and willing to help with any concerns or questions. They are great. The only problem is I personally feel like they put too much on management, especially directors. Other than that Capstone Logistics is amazing.

It's a total scam. I don't believe any of the fluff on their website. They promote countless jobs that don't exist. They posted a great many jobs on their website for Northrop Grumman. Well, I used to work for NG and checked with them and none of those jobs existed. Do not believe any of the positive glowing reviews. Your CV is likely in Peking now.

It sucks when you try to fill out an application for like Pepsi cola company for warehouse work and it takes you off somewhere stupid and it's not the application you're looking for I think the website is a scam I think indeed.com needs to do something better for the potential customers and I think they out of just do something different I'll never use it again I've never got any good results out of it

The job that you try to apply for doesn’t come through on the link to much clutter . If a person wants to apply for a particular job show that job only .
