every time you change screens you get the robot and it never goes away. hard to accomplish anything with the consent interruptions. robot is not necessary once you log in

Once I got to a real person the customer service was excellent. The issue was resolved quickly and credit was made to my membership which was appreciated.
I did find it frustrating that I received no response for ten days after submitting my request for assistance. I believe it would be helpful if a real person would acknowledge that they have received the service ticket with 24 to 48 hours so that the customer knows that the request has been passed on from Eve (AI).

The rep was great and helpful with following up. Wish he could have still been able to return the cost of the yearly subscription, but he did make a proper offer to compensate for not being able to do the refund.

Extremely poor contract practice. Free trial subscription had a hidden extra ‘data plan’. Even though I cancelled the free subscription mere hours after signing up, months later I was billed £120 for this ‘data plan’. It took several emails and eventually an online chat to get a refund issued. Clearly designed to take advantage of users who do not pay close attention to bank statements. Increasingly this is considered fraudulent practice with online subscription sign-ups. Be warned!

The human who called me because my subscription lapsed by one day was great. However, it is impossible to talk to a person at any time for any reason. WTF!

I had asked for a refund, and I didn’t get a full refund, but the staff member kept trying for me and offered a partial refund at least. I obviously would have liked to received a full refund, but that’s not the fault of the employee who helped me, so I’ll give him 5 stars.
