I had a boiler fitted and underfloor insulation on the government scheme.
However I had a leak which was repaired. I recently had another leak on the elbow of the plastic outlet pipe. An engineer came to fix it but it made the copper piping spring a leak. I paid fusion 78 pound for the engineer to do a service at the same time. He said he needed a part so would be back in a few days, he phoned me to say he would come on Aoril 1st. He did not come so I phoned him the following day. He said he had been called into the office as he was on his way to me to be told he was redundant and Fusion had gone under. So no service which I paid for and still a leaking boiler. No one answering the phone at Fusion
Underfloor insulation and new boiler.
I have been delighted with the work that was carried out in January at my home. The 'team' of young guys who came to do the under floor insulation were efficient, polite and friendly and the guy who fitted my new boiler was first class, most efficient, minimum of mess and a pleasure to have in my home. I would recommend Fusion to anyone thinking of taking up these generous Government offers. I seem not to be able to register FIVE Stars but that would be my choice!

Excellent service from Fusion Energy. The underfloor insulation team worked hard, cleaned all their mess up and finished by early afternoon. The carpets were fitted back down neatly and evenly. We had a change of boiler to a Combi, which needed lots of alterations and hard work. The young man worked non stop all day. He was very pleasant and very efficient. We were very satisfied with the service.

Totally disappointed with the team from fusion who left my home like a builders yard ,sloppy ,dirty and careless .Left without as much as sweeping up ,We had to stay away because of COVID I could have cried when I saw the mess , damage and dirt

Underfloor insulation and boiler fitting
The team who did our underfloor insulation and boiler were very good. Punctual, efficient, polite and very little mess. Started at 8Am were finished by 1pm. We were a little apprehensive about the carpets being lifted but put back and could not tell, so no problem.

Wouldn’t say things went smoothly
Wouldn’t say things went smoothly, to start we had to have 2 surveys, not sure why.
When we finally got the go ahead.
The guys a Gas n Elec were brilliant.
Arrived on time and were fully mindful of COVID-19 precautions, fitting went great the guys were tidy and cleaned up after them selves. Took time to explain the boiler and it’s set up.

What can I say, but I was very pleased with the service and efficiency of my new boiler instilation.
The work men arrived on time, installed the new boiler and left their work area clean and tidy afterwards.
As the boiler was installed just before 2nd lockdown the guys were very conscious of Covid safety.

We had a new boiler installed and under our wooden floor insulated. I have to say the 2 lads who did the insulating were very friendly, for the short time we saw them because as soon as they arrived they got on with bringing in what they needed and then they were under the floor. when they finished they showed us on their tablet what they had done very impressive same goes for the guy who fitted the boiler started work as soon as he arrived when finished he then explained how to set the boiler, very knowledgeable
No mess from either job and all rubbish removed

Had my boiler installed it's made such a difference can't thank you enough. From start to finish only took 2 weeks . Work men was on time and very friendly and efficient. Had my celler done as well and that's a lot warmer down there as well . Would highly recommend and a hudge thank you to everyone involved 👍👍👍

Excellent service
I was a bit sceptical about the free boiler and under floor insulation and was worried when the time came to have the work done which was within two weeks of my initial telephone call. We need not have worried everything was done so professionally and with no mess. All carpets were put back correctly, the boiler was put in by one man in a couple of hours. He left us all the paperwork explained how to use the boiler and about the servicing. We took out the 10 year warranty 8 plus the initial 2 for just over £300 bargain. We are very happy with the excellent service given. Thank you.
