Ordered cake, never delivered. FRAUD I guess

I ordered a cake from Myflowertree. It was never delivered, and ofcourse they took the money. I called the customer care 4 times and they promised it would be delivered and other garbage.
I raised the cancellation and nothing happened. It is surprising that such companies and websites are allowed to exist. I am sure there are other such instances and the company is worth auditing and checking if it is NOT really a fraud.

Finally, after a lot of conversations, I got the refund.

FRAUD SITE!!

FRAUD SITE!!, I ordered cake and flower combo and the order was updated as delivered even when it was not delivered. It was a pure case of fake delivery. On contacting the call center, they asked me to raise a complain via the site and after 6 hours replied that your order has been delivered as per the status!!!!! The complain was raised under the fake delivery category and they came back saying it is delivered by checking the order status. Post that they did not reply.

I have received the cake in it's worst…

I have received the cake in it's worst condition. The cake is damaged and there are no writings on cake as mentioned. There were lot delivery issues , recieved it late. Also the delivery boy didn't come up we had to collect it. Total wastage of time.Very worst experience I have ever recieved by any of these services. Spoilt the entire mood by this poor customer service. Would rate 1 star for this experience. Expecting that our issue will be resolved at earliest by sending a replacement of cake.

Fraud company, knows well on how to fool customers

Worst company, fools around customer.
Purchased a 1900/- bouquet to be delivered between 11 am to 1 pm, but it didn't get delivered by 7 pm also.
Some idiot pupets sitting on customer care, who will keep on repeating same lines, "Your order is under processing, and if you will ask what is meant by processing, they will say cant share info (lol!). When asked to share delivery guy's contact no., they said can't share against policy." They will keep on repeating same lines and you will hope for your order to get delivered and they will keep on giving new deadlines, before 1pm, 3 pm, 7pm and now they says before 9pm.
I am so frustrated and now as the full day is almost over, there is no excitement left to surprise my parents with flowers on their Anniversary.
Only frustration is there.

Gentle request to please do not fall in this trap, its waste of time, efforts and money. They should be punished for cheating on people, fooling them around and for being irresponsible.

Rubbish service

Rubbish service. I paid 300 rupees (939 in all) for a rose and chocolate combo for my anniversary. They promised it will be delivered by 5 pm. Nothing happened. The call centre went cold. It came to a point that I lost complete charm about the flowers. Never again.

This is the worst delivery site

This is the worst delivery site. I ordered a cake and flower and it was not delivered and customer support is saying they will deliver next day :D. They are also not issuing the refund. They are scammers.

I want to warn others about My Flower Tree…Extremely Disappointed - Failed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I want to warn others about My Flower Tree. They didn't do what they promised, causing a lot of trouble.
I ordered a cake on November 25th for my dad's birthday on November 26th. They said they'd bring it between 8 AM to 9 PM.on 26th around 8:30 PM they emailed me not even call, saying their delivery person had an accident and couldn't bring the cake. When I called to cancel because of their mistake, they wouldn't let me cancel.
They didn't care about the problem they caused. Instead of fixing it, they said they'd deliver the cake the next day. But that was too late and messed up my plans. Even after complaining a lot, they didn't really do anything to help.
My Flower Tree doesn't care about their customers. Because of them, my dad felt bad in front of guests at his birthday party. It's so upsetting and I want others to know to be careful if they order from this company.

MyFlowerTree does fake delivery- Don't use them!

Myflowertree delivery is done by local third party vendors who would go out of way to do fake deliveries. Don't use MyFlowertree for small cities or towns as you will experience same as I have experienced. For a city like Rajpura, the delivery was coming from Chandigarh, the vendor did fake delivery. They never called, or even came to address, bt will just mark your order delivered. Even they will do fake receipent signatures on receipt. I found that when MyFlowerTree support provided me so called proof of delivery. They have no answer was delivery person never called or arrived at house. None in my neighborhood heard from any delivery person. They did this twice already for same order and I am never trusting them again. I will rather use FNP or other companies.

Worst app.

Worst app.. first of all they didn't delivered order on said time and secondly they haven't refunded me since 50 days..Google shows such website at top .. it was my mistake that I didn't read review.
Customer care person has no power in their hands.. they will say one thing today and next thing tomorrow.. my refund was approved on call but sent me no mail.. at the end they even told me they will give me credits .. but in the end they just said we have delivered so we cant refund or redeliver. Flower Scammers!

I have made a biggest mistake and ordered flowers for my Mom from their website.
I wish I would have read their reviews before placing my order. My advise will be stay away from these scammers and don’t waste your money and time.

First time online horrible experience

It’s a horrible company . I place an order 3 months ago and for some reason I did cancel the order and the money went to their wallet as there is no option for refund . And for Mother’s Day I did order with my wallet money and it should have delivered on 13th May and today is 14th May and it’s still not delivered . And when I send them customer complaint on their website they are giving me automatic reply saying my phone will be unreachable or May be because the location couldn’t be find out. But the funny thing is all this reply comes after I send them a complaint . They can send the OTP, and they can message like couldn’t deliver your order and all those things as messages but the same phone is unreachable when they are calling me . The customer care service girls only talk in Hindi and I don’t know what they will do when people who can’t speak Hindi will call them . They don’t know how to solve problem when I asked them where is my order they are telling go to the website (wrong website address given ) and put a complaint . For this horrible service they took 300rs delivery charge other than the product price . Don’t trust this people . I hope this website shut down soon

Disappointed

I ordered from them twice, first on valentines day and the next time on the anniversary. On the first order, they did not have a card and the flowers were pale and did not last a day. Given it was valentines day, I did not raise any complaints and just ignore the bad quality. The second time was bad again as it was very different from what I ordered. When I raised a complaint, they replied saying that "Slight variation" is possible. For sure, I am not going to order from them.

Waste of money and time

Very bad customer service order the cake for women’s day never arrived even after 2 days no one contacting and all the guest awaiting. There is no commitment or time value for them also the emotions of someone. Terrible this was 5th time I order even after year the same delay and bad service.will never use it again for sure

MyFlowerTree is a big liar and works with dishonesty

Order No. 1161908

You guys are a big liar who works with total dishonesty with customers. The items that you've sent is not the item that you've in display:
No. 1 - Cake consists of 7 Ferrero Rocher in MyFlowerTree display while the cake I received had only 4 Ferrero Rocher.
No. 2 - It was not the same cake and size that was in display.
No. 3 - Birthday card was missing.
No. 4 - My message was missing on the cake.

More Critical Lies and Dishonesty Towards Customers:
1. Item need to be delivered on 8th March 9-10PM but it got delivered at 9th March 6 o clock.
2. I opt for express delivery but you guys not able to provide delivery in express.
3. At 12:30 am at night you posted status on Track Order online that your items will be delivered tomorrow on 9th March.

You guys totally wasted and disrespect my family member birthday that need to be celebrated on 9th March exact 12 o clock at night but you guys just made a joke on that. You guys were not even concerned to inform and just telling lies again and then and not even accepting your mistake.

You guys are disgusting in each and every manner, but not accepting your mistake and what are you even charging for because you are not able to fulfil the promises you make for which customer pays you. This is not the joke going on, this is the business where you need to understand the concern of the customers.

Your company, your customer service representatives are totally working with dishonesty, totally disrespectful to customers, doing cheating and fraud with customers with giving wrong items and not giving some items that customers has paid for.

I want my full amount back for this order anyhow. I don't want to listen to your lies and dishonesty in all your words. I would not recommend anyone to use your dishonest services where you cheat people.

Call me tomorrow on critical priority and pay be back my full amount that I have paid for this item. Totally unsatisfied the way you treated me and the way you made my family member birthday in a mess.

You should put status on your website "If you want your b'day to get messed, please order the cake and gifts from our website. "
