THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND KEPTE ME ON HOLD. I bought a round trip ticket and they canceled the flight and gave me nothing but an email the day before my flight this is a SCAM

So my flight has been cancelled twice and Sylvia #1012 really went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get a flight at the earliest convenience and at the best price. She was patient, caring, and thorough in her service and I appreciate a person who cares about people. She really cares about people and her business.

If I could give them a -10 stars, I sure would. Took.my money for 6 flights, they canceled my flights without informing me. When I found out, they said they will refund the money within 72 hours. 3 month and several calls later, still no refund. Turned over to BBB and they are not getting responses either. F.... this company, don't waste your time or money with this company. The positive feedbacks are paid advertising so you buy tickets with them.
