I've had this app before, and the things that use to be free now you have to pay for.

I love this app. It keeps a record of my weight fluctuations over the years I have been using it and when I can be bothered, logs my nutrients and calories for the day. Fitness ideas are also included and you can log those too for an idea of your net calories in and out. Great way of keeping in touch with your general fitness and weight.

Love MyFitnessPal as it helps me keep track of what I'm eating and links in with Google health...it helps me to stick to a controlled and balanced diet.

I learned more from this app about nutrients, calories and which foods to eat, which to avoid than I have ever done from any doctor, including dietitians and diabetes educators. That may have something to do with my own scientific approach and curiosity but it also shows that it is possible to attain your safe weight without compromising your health if you persist!
