NICE!

I purchased a "Jasmine" bridesmaid dress labeled "in stock". It was only available in the size posted on the site, although it is available for order in other sizes. The salesperson (Colleen) was helpful and friendly. I inquired first about the dress via email, and the initial response with quote came within 1 day. The price quoted was about 5% less than I had been quoted anywhere else. Free shipping and no sales tax (since I am out of state). Package is to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Colleen offered to email me the tracking number when it went out. She will also email my receipt. Accepted Visa, MC, and Discover for payment. I will update to 5 stars once I receive the dress.

good service bad shipping

The wedding gown and veil were at good price. Waited for 13 week to receive it, but the lines of communication were always open and the representative was always nice. Called in advance to make sure about the package weight and size as I have to mail it forward as a gift, but it turned out they provided inaccurate info as the box was about 3 times larger. The gown wasn't packed at all just stuffed into a box in a damaged plastic bag that wouldn’t even close.

Marina,You had called me prior to making your purchase and I gave you an "estimate" of the box weight and size. I told you that was not a definate size/weight. As for the gown being "stuffed" how can that be if you are also saying that the box was oversized? The box was plenty big enough for both the gown & the veil, infact it was the same box the gown was shipped to us in from the manufacturer.

Awesome deal, Awesome Service, Awesome Site!

To Joe.. why don't you try reading.. the only time this site says they have something In Stock is when the item is in their brick store. Otherwise it tells you how long production or shipping will take prior to you placing your order.
I found their site to be very easy to shop around. I had called their customer service number and emailed them a couple of times and had wonderful service. They answered every question in a timely manner and were very cheerful.
I ordered my wedding gown (a Casablanca gown) and we got all of my bridesmaid dresses too from Mydress4less.com. They all came in within the estimated time that they gave us and they are just to die for!
If I get married again, I will be back to shop at Mydress4less.com

Rude Customer Service - Website not accurate

Website said 994 in stock, called and the rude staff told me it would be 10-14 weeks for delivery. Beware of scammer online Prom shops.

Goto a real prom dress shop and get the customer service you deserve. Even if it is more, it's worth it.
