Disappointing Voucher Experience and Fees
I bought two vouchers from Mydays: one voucher worth €149.90 and another voucher for €134.91 (this one was 15% off). For a 4-hour buggy ride at Lake Constance (December 2024). The description clearly stated 4 hours, but at redemption I was told the vouchers are only valid for 3 hours. The voucher also states in the section “things you can look forward to”: 4 hours of buggy riding at Lake Constance.
After about 10 emails, I received the response that I had to accept the faults on the website and with the voucher – a clear neglect by the provider.
In spring 2025 I could not use the vouchers and now plan to redeem them in spring 2026. I also had to pay an additional €40 because Mydays apparently only sells gift vouchers and does not present the concrete tour including price.
Bottom line: Unreliable information on the platform, cumbersome customer support, hidden additional costs. I strongly recommend booking vouchers directly with the organizers. It’s usually cheaper, the organizer earns more, and the on-site service is generally better.

The worst business relationships I have ever had. Will definitely share in all my social media, to keep all my friends away from such a scam.
If you face any issues with the experience you book, they will do nothing to help you. So they are basically a useless proxy between you and the experience you book.

They sell events even when there are no appointments for the rest of the year, anywhere.
Asked for a refund online but no answer in two days. Maybe this is one of those sites that sell online but only accept complaints by post.
Don’t waste your money and time. Avoid at all costs.

I don’t recommend this at all. I ordered a package as a gift for Christmas and it has been more than 2 weeks since I bought it and I didn’t receive it yet. I’m afraid I won’t have it for Christmas and I’ve been trying to reach out the customer service without any response. Terrible bad

In july this year i paid 40€ for a restaurant voucher. I made a reservation and when we got there, surprise, the restaurant don’t recognise the voucher or the name of this “company”. They told me that i should try to get my money back, because they don’t work with them.
After i tried to contact mydays, they sent me an email in german explaining that i should have contacted them and not the restaurant…..wtf?!!! Such a complicated procedure, which is not clearly shown on the page or in the conformation email. Such a lack of transparency and understanding.
Since then i wrote at least 15 emails to them asking for my money back. I even added their CEOs address in the email, but guess what…no response. They are happy to scam people, and they sleep well at night!

Very bad and aggressive system.
No wonder why Mydays has such a bad rating.
I bought a voucher for a friend about two months ago. On 3rd of August I received a letter for paying a fine with a deadline until 3rd of August.
Apparently I had chosen to pay after receiving a bill. The bill was sent by Email and had landed in spams. And this letter came two weeks late, so that I lost the two weeks deadline.
Once I received the letter I looked into my Emails to find out what was going on (I have a 5 month-old baby, who takes all my energy and time, so I can't think of checking my Emails). Guess what! I had a new Email from a payment processing institution, with a fine in amount of two third of the voucher price!!
Calling the customer service brought nothing, they couldn't help since the case was transferred to that institution!
First, Mydays should have sent me the bill or a reminding letter per post, not at once the punishment.
Second, two weeks was a very short time for deadline. It was even not enough for thier letter to arrive!
I tell others about this story and will continue warning my friends about this aggressive attitude within just 1,5 month.
As a fair result people deny to buy from them, like a friend of mine, who decided to buy a gift from another platform.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Recorded a booking on Monday on the mydays site, instant email back thanking us and that the hotel in question would be confirming within 48 hours. I called the hotel after 3 days, they had not received anything from mydays. I sent an email to mydays which initiated an automated ticket. I called the hotline 9 times over 2 days, just an endless voicemail telling me how mydays understands how precious my time is. This is probably the worst customer experience I have had in a decade. This company deserves to go out of business and will most likely do so. Unfortunately it will go down with many well-intentioned clients having spent money with them.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!
As of April 15, case still not resolved.
