I Have had COPD for over 10 years and…

I Have had COPD for over 10 years and after many years of pestering emails from MyCOPDTeam I joined.
I think I was member for about a week and then I couldn't log in. I tried the forgotten password link and never received an email in my inbox or junk folder.
In the time I engaged on the site, I provided some photo pics of exercise equipment I use including aids that I have found helpful living with COPD.
I contacted their support team asking for an explanation why I had not received any password emails. They had no record of me, so I sent them a screenshot of an email from them which included my email address and username, and now they have completely ignored my email.
I read their rules and I was not trying to sell anything but merely sharing my experiences and medical aids I use living with COPD.
I believe a moderator has deleted my account without justifying their reasons.
