I have already made many orders on mycare.de. Everything was always great. Very fast delivery and no wrong items or mistakes. Excellent choice of products.

My experience:

Order placed at the beginning of July.

Three months no merchandise received.

Dozens of emails sent, formal notices, complaints...

Reminder of the seller's legal obligations and duties.

Obligation that the customer has received his goods within a respectable period of time no later than 30 days after his order.

Otherwise, the customer can request the cancellation of the contract (which was done) and demand either a refund or new merchandise. What the seller is informed of.

Despite this, the seller did not respect anything.

For my part, I had to respond to the seller's request, an arbitrary and non-regulatory request, let's specify, to fill out a document from the carrier, for the package announced delivered.

I had to complain to the Vendée where the situation was because for three months he has never taken the initiative to intervene.

After request he informed me to wait another eight weeks....!!!!! That is a total of five months.

It is not unacceptable but purely illegal.

He is informed that within 48 hours I will be obliged to take legal action.

Avoid answering MYCARE just to indicate that the procedure is in progress, I know that, you should have regularized this file since the end of July that's important the rest is useless.

Everything was fine.
If you looking is it scam, no worries about it.

Bad service my shipment didn’t come from 22th of April I think its lost or damaged l send email to them to refund my money the didn’t they told my return the shipment how can I return it if I didn’t get it 😠

Very good service. Almost all products are cheaper than normal retail shop. Free and fast delivery. Sometimes I received goods within 24 hours. All the best and keep up the quality. So far I would have placed around 50 orders from this site.

I placed an order which took two and a half months to be delivered. I followed up several times with customer service who were very dismissive by phone and by email.
After 8 weeks, I disputed the transaction through PayPal who finally were able to track the parcel which I collected 8 weeks late. I do not recommend this merchant. They are rude, disrespectful and too lazy to investigate. The ironic part is, after collecting the shipment they replied stating that they are still investigating and asking me to be patient. What a joke of a merchant and customer service. Avoid them and stay away.

Update: following mycare accepting responsibility, I will share my experience on the next order and update my experience if it improves.

Overall clear communication, fast delivery.
A newer version of product was available, but original was out-of-stock. This was communicated clearly and quickly. We paid more for the new (better) product, and were a bit disappointed that the original was displayed as available. In comparison to other discount suppliers, I was happy with service and communication.

Top company. I wanted to buy some nicotine patches from Germany because manufacturers always try to screw us (Switzerland) with ridiculous prices.
