From start to finish MyAmplifiers were there with helpful advice, which made sure I bought the right system for what I needed. The LCD-300GD (1800MHz+2100MHz) with upgraded cables they supplied has managed to capture a very poor signal - barely one bar on a mobile phone, only by a window, and convert that to a full signal. There are at least three bars and an adequate 4G signal all over the house. Close to the repeater aerial there is a full 5 bar signal. Christine guided me through how to identify my existing signal strength and frequencies and produced a tailored package which has worked beyond my wildest imagination. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and their excellent equipment. Thank you.

I've bought two amplifiers from Myamplifiers for two different houses and used their technical support chat on both occasions as it's a minefield trying to figure out what you need in terms of all the 3G,4G etc. Both times they were brilliant to deal with and spent 20-30mins reviewing my needs, helping me check the strength of signals in my area and recommending the right model to go with. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I contacted customer support in relation to an Issue I had with an amplifier which was 6 years old. Marina responded very quickly and identified the issue. She posted out a new power cable free of charge. She also followed up to make sure I received it. Very helpful and efficient service.

There were issues with the product. However MyAmplifiers have promised to sort these out
