Ordering was easy. Parcel arrived on time. I just don’t like the fact that a 10% welcome discount on first order does not apply to reduced articles.

I bought 4 covers for my crutches (the first via Amazon), and although one was extremely difficult to get on I was very pleased with the final results as they really brightened up my crutches.
Sadly my joy with the crutch covers did not last because although a ferrule had come off on a couple of occasions because the cover fabric is slippery, it was easy to replace - until after about 3 weeks of use, both ferrules fell off the ends of both my crutches. I was unaware when they came off and could not find them afterwards. I was at work at the time and had no spare ferrules with me, so I had to use the crutches without ferrules (mostly on concrete) for most of the day. The result is that the ends of the covers are worn right through and when I replace the ferrules I don't think I will be able to fix them on the end of the torn covers. (I do have a photo of the damaged covers). I am so disappointed, particularly as they are not cheap.
I also bought 2 pairs of sleeves but they do not fit my NHS crutches because the handles are triangular rather than circular, however they do fit a pair I bought and am very pleased with the result as they are much more comfortable on my hands.
