Had my order since 19th for a customers wedding pics. No updates on production still shows waiting to go into production. Tried customers services absolutely no help whatsoever , just offered a 40% discount on next order which is less than the 75% discount I received on my next order in my order confirmation email. Judging by others reviews can absolutely expect a very lengthy delivery time to as coming from Germany, not stated on their website . Something definitely not right about this company, looks like it operates from UK but is 100% based in Germany only clue is tucked hidden away in terms and conditions. Avoid if order is of any commercial value

Items not delivered.
Ordered on the 10th August. Order showing at Hatfield from the 14th. Still not recieved and cannot get a response to e-mails. Tried to call but no answer. Recorded message stating different opening hours to the website. Live chat is AI that just tells you what’s on the tracking. Requested a refund through PayPal.

I have in the past dealt with my-picture quite a few times, and every time the service has been five star. The packaging the product the ordering. That simple.

Not in the UK like the website will lead you to believe.
I would usually check but forgot this time. The carbon footprint of my small selection of photos will be shocking, the website (.co.uk) suggests its based in the UK, I wouldnt have ordered from here had I know because of the delivery time (still not received 7+ days after order) and the environmental impact. Wish I had used photobox or my local tesco at this point.
Really disappointed.

I wish I'd ordered it months ago!
Ordered a very large canvas after months of hmming and ahhhing. Uploaded photo from phone, paid, and received it within the delivery time. It arrived well packaged and protected, and I am really delighted with the product. Excellent quality, and I wish I'd ordered it sooner.
Only let down was with the delivery service who ignored my requests and left it leaning against the front door in full view of people passing.
