AWFUL
AWFUL. What a waste of time and money. I used this company for the first time on 5th August. It’s now 30th August and I’ve not received anything. They’re telling me to go and collect my order from the courier from god knows where. 1) I don’t drive and can’t go and collect anything 2) I PAID FOR DELIVERY! They won’t refund me even though I paid for delivery and the courier hasn’t delivered it. What is this, a scam?!
