MX Estate was the best experience I had as a tenant. Well, professionals, over the 2 years as a tenant, all is good. Any issue I have in my flat is always amended quickly.

The apartment is excellent—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and the place feels very welcoming and peaceful. The location is great, and the overall experience has been very positive. I am very happy with the apartment and would highly recommend it.

I have been a tenant under Mx estate Ltd for nearly 2 years now and I couldn’t be happier with everything. The whole team have been amazing, they are professional, understanding and go above and beyond for their tenants. They are all genuinely good people. Every maintenance issue is sorted promptly and professionally, every query is picked up ASAP you couldn’t ask for more from the team. I have had personal struggles in temporary accommodation and they have helped and supported me so much. The Best management team I have been under. So grateful for the whole team.

I moved in with MX Estates last month and honestly they have gone above and beyond. They helped me with moving all of my belongings from my old property to the new one and helped set everything up. They also respond to all queries quickly. Always on hand to help with any handy work that I need in the property. The team are super friendly, kind and very family oriented. They treat you like part of their family. Honestly really happy with my home and with the team managing it.

I had a fantastic experience with Mx Estates for a year. The team was always professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I had any queries or maintenance requests. The move-in process was smooth, and they ensured the property was in great condition. Throughout my tenancy, communication was clear, and any issues were resolved promptly. Moving out was just as hassle-free. I am really great full with the whole team!

I have lived at 12 Leinster gardens for almost 11 months. It has been a location of much transformation in my life. I will always remember how much it means to me.
I was welcomed warmly and always greeted politely by staff and fellow house dwellers, and all my problems were quickly resolved by the staff who never seem to take a break.

Absolutely rubbish. They violated my rights and tried to call the police on me making all types of allegations which were lies. The police had to advise them of the law.

They let themselves into the home amd changed the locks whilst my children and I were in the home and refused to give me a key.

I got pictures and emails to prove their violations. This will not go unheard or challenged.

Shame on you, giving the nature of the services you provide to local councils to vulnerable families experiencing homelessness.

Is great am actually lost for words the space is enough is clean and everything set in the right places I recommend anyone to get in touch

I was housed into mx estates during rough times. The landlord is incredibly down to Earth and is willing to compromise. He has helped me through a lot and is continuously positive. The team in general down to repairs or enquires are straight on top of everything. Would definitely recommend them!!

Amazing Experience staying here, could not complain at all. Landlord was very hospitable, polite and welcoming.

My first encounter with MX Estate is through one of the most experienced and humble mam i have ever met,Mr Mosud,who welcome me and gave all the assistance i needed as a disabled person.
He's so humble and respectful no matter what tribe and religion you choose, he's just down to earth.
I hope this kind of hospitality continue here but my experience for now is great.
