No real proof, terrible delivery.
I signed up because I thought I could trust HeyDominik (he owns the company). I paid $150usd for an account analysis and what I got after about 3 weeks of waiting was a lame email with the "review" informing me the following:
"We are happy to inform you about our finished follower analysis. Here are the results:
Based on the report and quality check, you have some mass followers and suspicious accounts, but not more than an average Instagram user.
Also, we do not think your account is shadowbanned or limited by Instagram.
Compared to other in your niche, we think the engagement and follower demographics is also okay.
We recommend not removing any mass or suspicious followers because in your case, it could harm more than good.
If you feel you get less engagement, we think you could work on your content and content posting behaviour."
My account has an awful reach (and we work similarly to the other identical business in our city but getting about 5% of their reach) and also I'm sure we have a lot of fake followers.
Anyway, they may be right, but what wasn't consistent with their price is their terrible delivery. No proof, not even a detailed analysis. That email could perfectly be copied to anyone.
