The store in Ugo bassi is very nice and the sale assistants are lovely and helpful regardless of the heat in the shop !!! It was unbearable!!! I would have stayed more and shopped but it was like being in an oven !!! Poor girls I felt sorry for them !
I am a loyal customer of the muy mucho in menton france. I spend hundreds of euros each month. Recently bought a wooden plant pot and the handle broke as soon as I took it out the bag at home. I quickly went back to return it and the salesgirl basically said it wasn’t their problem and she was very rude and dismissive. I have to say I am incredibly disappointed in the customer service and I believe a shop should stand by the quality of their products. Sadly they lost a regular client over a 12 euro plant pot! Dommage!
