Sold my Mobile
Sold my old mobile through music magpie, the easiest sale I’ve ever had to make. Fill the form in at 6pm and the money was in my account by 11am the next morning, used the local Timpsons to check the condition of my phone. I was fully expecting them to try and knock the price down but gave me the full agreed price from the evening before.

They sent the wrong item
They sent the wrong item. While they eventually refunded in full I found the process of communicating with them highly annoying. I will probably deal with them in future but only if no other option is available to me. Very disappointing!

Most excellent quality but…
Most have been excellent quality but this order had damaged cases on three CDs it would be helpful if condition was easily visible before ordering.

7 missed collections and 72 emails
Allocating Evri meant 7 missed collections over 3 weeks when i was home and they sent me a total of 72 emails all for one parcel. No option for a label to be provided either so had to have label printed. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

Ordered 7 CD’s and 2 had broken cases…
Ordered 7 CD’s and 2 had broken cases and 2 had broken inner centres causing the CD’s to rattle around in transit.This issue has been reported to Musicmagpie and waiting a resolution. This issue is the third time in a row I have had broken CD cases. On the plus side the delivery was prompt and contained 2 brand new undamaged CD’s.

Returning customer as if receiving good service the last time. First I’ve used the new agreement to have the phone checked by Timpsons. Saved having to post and it was checked over and payment received the same day.
