I was kept informed as to the status of my selling order. Posted via Royal Mail on Monday, 7th September and on Thursday, 9th September I was informed that the money would be in my account. I also got a good price for my watch when compared to Apple. Thank you music magpie.

Atrocious
Despite having paid for next day delivery and ordering several hours before their 10pm cut off, it took 3 days for the phone to arrive! I got absolutely no updates from them or the courier. I hadn't even been sent a tracking code!
To add insult to injury I ordered black phone and I've received a purple phone! Avoid this company.

Great CD selection and fair prices that need attention, but the support is lacking
I have placed several CD orders with MusicMagpie however, my most recent order contained incorrect details, and I have not received a order confirmation. I have been attempting to reach customer service for over a week, but I have only received automated responses that do not address my concerns. I would appreciate it if a human representative could assist me next time, as the lack of support has made me hesitant to continue shopping on MusicMagpie. Pricing is generally acceptable, some CDs are cheaper while others are more expensive than purchasing directly from the artist. I believe it would be beneficial to provide more attention to setting fair and consistent prices for your used CDs.

A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
I've been ordering pre-loved DVDs from Music Magpie for some time now and in my experience they are the best sellers I've dealt with. Their prices are very competitive, DVDs always arrive on time in good condition and free postage. The only downside is the packaging is a bit flimsy and could be better to protect damage to the contents. Very happy customer.

A little disappointed
I've bought phones of another site previously. Your ratings are different.. Your phone had a few more scratches and cost a little more based on what I'd purchased of the other site previously.. I would have lowered the description for condition and the price.. A little disappointed 😞

Dead Easy
Scanning the DVDs online was dead easy, although I was surprised by the number of bar codes which were not recognised (were they dodgy copies I wonder?). It helped our efforts to declutter and earned a few quid in the process. The collection was poor. Evri said that they called twice to collect and we weren't at home (we were on both occasions), however when our usual Evri delivery man returned from holiday he said that his replacement hadn't been doing the job properly. Once collected everything worked like clockwork.
