Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a music box. I emailed the company and I had a replacement in two days with a return authorization tag. Great service !!!!!

Easy, beautiful and personal.

It was easy to order. I was kept updated with the status of my order and it was received very timely. The music box is beautiful. It is a high-school graduation gift. I was able to personalize it with the engraving.

I appreciate that these folks were available for help and questions. The movement is exceptional quality (Japanese) having true and rich tones. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. Very pleased with this vendor. And the outtake to the instructional video was a real stitch. Thanks.

Boris was so helpful and patient…

Boris was so helpful and patient answering my many many questions.
He helped me choose all the right options for the perfect gift for my brother’s 70th.
I look forward to receiving it and as far as service goes I highly recommend Boris and his company. The pianos look beauuful and highly crafted, I am engraving it with a small plaque and I’m sure the sound will be great too. Thanks, Boris! :)
