Took my money and never received anything
I order German creatine on 8/11/26 still had not received it on 8/18/26 which it was supposed to arrive on 8/14/26 which I paid extra to receive it in 3 days, tried contacting them they just brushed me off and told me to contact them on 8/19/26 if I didn’t receive it on 8/18 well it’s the end of the day and I still haven’t received it they took my money and I never received it , buyer beware, I have filed a complaint with BBB and I am contacting law enforcement to file a report because this is the same exact thing as stealing, whatever you do do not do any money transactions with this fake company.

The products and offers are fantastic. Plus I was extremely happy that you’ll ship to Kuwait. That’s why made me place my order in the first place. But I was surprised and sad to see that I had to pay extra customs duty during delivery whereas other platforms like IHERB also ship from the US and have no extra duty involved. The have been ordering from IHERB for many years. It would be kind if the customs duty is taken care of my M&S and the end customer gets to pay only the product price. Also I would appreciate you would provide free shipping beyond a certain order value like IHERB.
