Im so disappointed

Im so disappointed, I brought over $150 dollars of items from the store I wasn’t happy with them so I returned them for a store credit. And now I cannot even use the store credit as the site is shut down and they won’t respond on social media or email. So annoyed I just wasted over $150 very disappointing. So many sites are scams. Beware.

Do not buy from Mura Boutique

Mura Boutique is uncontactable - returned an order 2 months ago and have not had a store credit or refund processed.
Have tried emailed and calling, but emails are returned and phone number is disconnected.
Do not buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM MURA BOUTIQUE! No communication!

I got sent the wrong size item. I returned it with communication from Mura confirming in December i would get a 120% store credit once item was returned. Item was delivered by Australia post December 24th and now 2 months on, I have sent multiple emails to Mura asking about my returned item and when my credit will be issued and have not heard anything back. They have not posted on social media & have turned off all commenting. There are now multiple reviews online with many other customers seeming to be in the communication blackhole from Mura.

I luckily paid through PayPal so hoping they can get my money back.

Closed?

Closed?? Out of business? Website appears to be down. No one can buy anything. They are not responding to customer's emails. They are not sending out anything. You can not change to world wide shipping. It says world wide shipping, but I can not change to a US address. Nothing is being updated on socials. Comments are being silenced.

Beware they are a scam!!

Placed an order that said would be packaged and then shipped within 2-5 business days + I paid extra for express shipping so that it would arrive in time for an event… multiple emails later I received an email saying my item has been packaged but cannot be shipped until all items in my order has been packed. I only ordered one item though??? Not only that but the email was riddled with spelling and grammar mistakes which makes me think it’s a scam
Do not buy from this company!! They are a scam and do not communicate!!
It has been over 3 weeks now and I am yet to hear from their customer service or see my order

Said they’d refund, sent item back now nothing

I ordered a dress that had ‘Cloud’ in its description as I was after a white dress as was the picture, however the dress came with ‘cream’ on the label. I emailed & asked for a refund; they responded almost straight away that they would provide a full refund…so I happily the dress (unfortunately paying for the shipping) and now radio silence - no refund, no answer to 3 emails now. So guess I’ve been scammed as they have probably re-sold the dress now. So sick of this crap!!!

I had a great experience with Mura Boutique! Although my original order was out of stock, the team were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me with great alternative options. Fantastic customer service- highly recommend!

Don’t shop here

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order on 8th November 3024. I received initial confirmation of my order saying it would be dispatched within 5 to 10 business days and they took my money. Then it all went quiet. I emailed them 20 days later for update of order and not received anything. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service via phone and email to get a refund as it is now 4 weeks later and still no dress has been shipped, and have had no response. I wish I had read reviews prior to buying and Won’t be shopping with this brand again, and will also be telling people about the scam.

This company is SO bad at communication

This company is SO bad at communication
I bought one of their dresses, not aware that it was a pre-order, which was a mistake on my behalf, BUT I received zero communication with them other than when I went out of my way to ask where my order was. I was told that their stock would arrive by mid September .. I then didn't receive my dress until today (24th of October). On top of this, their sizing is not accurate if you have bigger boobs (mine are DD). I tried a 10 which is my usual size, didn't fit, and then this dress that was pre-ordered as a 12 still did. not. fit.
Appalling, and to refund the customer must pay for the shipping and all you get back is store credit...

Worst online retail store I’ve ever…

Worst online retail store I’ve ever dealt with! Received a faulty dress which I then returned to Mura Boutique. Requested a refund instead of a store credit. It has been over a month and I’m still waiting for that refund. Multiple email correspondences and all I get told is that they will look into my request but nothing comes of it.
They have no clue how to run a business or how to provide quality customer service. Will never purchase from Mura Boutique again.

Amazing Customer experience

I checked out some items paid and shipped them but accidentally realised soon after I left out a dress I was also suppose to purchase. I emailed the team straight away and asked if there was a way to add my dress to my current order so I didn’t have to pay for another 20$ shipping fee ( I live in NZ) the amazing team went out of there way to provide an invoice that included the dress with the shipping fee excluded and combined the two parcels together and no extra cost. Thank you so much I can’t wait to receive the clothes 🩷

If I could give no stars I would.
Paid for a dress at the beginning of the month, never got it.
Didn’t find out they didn’t have it in stock until a week later. Then they ignored my multiple requests for a refund after emailing me offering me store credit.

I still have not received the refund they agreed to.

20 days and still waiting

Placed an order on the 11th of July, 20 days later and order still has not been shipped even though it was meant to be shipped with express shipping. Reached out to customer care and did not get a response. Had to comment on an instagram post to get a reply. So far communication has been they’re trying to escalate the issue but sounds like they have no stock of the item ordered. Won’t be shopping with this brand again.

This company is a scam!!

I placed an order on the 28th of June - it’s now the 11th of July and my order hasn’t even been shipped! I’ve messaged them on Facebook, instagram and email about the whereabouts of my order and no reply. This company is a scam!!

A horrible customer service experience…

A horrible customer service experience and still not rectified. I placed an order on 13 April 2024, by 17 April I had not received a confirmation email confirming my item had been posted. I emailed the company and they had advised my items hadn't been sent due to high demand and delays from interstate supplier. I sent a further email on 20 April 2024 after having no further contact from the company. Only AFTER commenting across their social media platforms did someone reach out to me and warrant the courtesy of a response on 23 April 2024. I was notified that day my items were posted. I received the parcel on 24 April 2024, only to open the package and find they had sent me someone else's order. I emailed and sent a DM on instagram. They placed their social media into silent mode and I only received a response on 29 April 2024 after following up yet again! No email response was received until after I had the response from the DM on Instagram. They sent me my return label for the items and a refund was requested. The items were returned by post and I received notification on 2 May 2024 the items had been returned to their office. To date I have still not received my refund or any confirmation of receipt of the items. All correspondence since 29/4 has been ignored and not replied to, which is infuriating.

A horrible experience from the beginning. A customer should not have to rely on getting a response over social media over their email communications. They also frequently go through a delete any negative comments or request for a response on any of their social media posts - of which I have seen many.

Do not waste your money or time ordering from them

SCAM!

Omg! What a terrible business! Complete scam!
Ordered an item 23rd of March! 11 days later I was emailed to say it’s now out stock and they will refund me.

Long story short, over a month later and barely any communication from them. This issue is still unresolved.
