Greg attended today

Greg attended today, such a polite gentleman. Took shoes off too! Easily figured out what was wrong and had a solution there and then. None of this, we don't have the parts will be back next week. Shame not all engineers can be this helpful and efficient. Greg needs to be cloned!

We had reported some issues with our new build and within a couple of days Greg came and confirmed the appointment to fix the issues. He is a very patient and professional gentleman, and carefully explained all the fixes he made. Thank you very much!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Extremely poor quality. New build home. Back door has broke twice and bathroom window has now just broke. Several houses in my estate have experienced the same.

Service call 150. Takes 6 weeks to call out, rude customer service.

6 weeks to replace a back door less than a year old. The door broke AGAIN.

I was told I had to wait, bearing in mind the danger of not being able to open a door in case of emergency

Fantastic After Care 9 years on.

We purchased a property which had been produced using Munster Entrance doors and Windows throughout. I identified there was an issue with one of the glazing units, where it had marks within the glazing, so could not be cleaned. To me this was likely caused at point of manufacture. Additionally one of the top windows was tight to pull closed.
The property was built in 2017, so the glazing is still within the Munster warranty. However, all you hear from other owners on the development is how bad Munster are, coming from the industry this is the opposite to what they are known for.

I called Munster and spoke to Grainne who very quickly booked in a service engineer to asses. Ben arrived on the day, very polite and quickly assessed the window, confirming it was a defect from point of manufacture that had been missed by Munster, and the previous home owner.
He measured up and ordered the replacement glazing.
I then spoke to Grainne to suggest some dates that worked for me to have it fitted.
She came back and confirmed, and also advised they could look at the adjustment on the other window, despite being outside of the mechanical warranty.

Experience from both has been excellent.

We met John Cannon from munster joinery…

We met John Cannon from munster joinery at our house at 7.30 in the morning. John said to me this is all about the glass and my god has he delivered everything he said he would. The fitters were very friendly especially the big guy with the beard. We are so happy with the colour and quality of the windows and doors. John called today to see if everything was OK. I found John extremely George professional and helpful. Many thanks munster joinery Wendy and George

Gregg was such a pleasure to deal with

Gregg was such a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful during his first visit and when he came to do the fitting he communicated well before to let me know when he was arriving, and completed the work perfectly and very efficiently. I was working from home and he was so quiet and considerate throughout, meaning there was literally no distractions at all. Gregg is a credit to Munster and such a a lovely guy! Thank you!

I recently had my windows supplied and…

I recently had my windows supplied and installed by Munster Joinery UK, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the initial enquiry through to installation, the process was smooth, professional, and well organised.

The quality of the windows is excellent — they feel solid, look fantastic, and have already made a noticeable difference in insulation and noise reduction. The finish is top-class, and you can tell they’re built to last.

The installation team were punctual, tidy, and clearly experienced. They worked efficiently, respected my home, and left everything clean and neat once the job was completed.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with both the product and the service. I would definitely recommend Munster Joinery UK to anyone looking for high-quality windows and a reliable, professional company.

Not capable of arranging a simple appointment

Shocking service from start to finish.

This company supplies the windows for new-build homes, and replacing one defective window has somehow dragged on for over four months. Not because it’s complicated but because the company appears completely incapable of organising a simple appointment.

They require you to take a full day off work to wait for a service engineer. You do exactly that, and then they call to cancel, if they call at all. Most of the time you’re left sitting at home wasting a day for a visit that was never going to happen.

Even the explanations don’t match. You’re told by phone the glass is broken and needs replacing, then later the office claims the replacement hasn’t arrived, wasn’t ordered, or doesn’t exist depending on who you speak to. It’s impossible to get a straight answer because nobody there seems to know what’s going on.

This has cost me multiple days off work for a problem that should have been solved quickly. The issue isn’t the window, it’s the complete lack of organisation and accountability.

If you enjoy waiting around for appointments that only exist on a booking system and chasing people who contradict each other every week, this company will be perfect for you. Otherwise, avoid entirely.
