Its a scam, they are not real. I ordered a ultra mini table saw and got a hand pump instead. Tried to mail the “contact us” mail and its not working. No other way of communicating. The twitter,facebook, instagrams links are not working.
Very frustrating.

I also got scammed by this Yunhan Ind company. Maybe they do not even have this composter machine. I ordered one and they sent me a tiny envelope of trash bags. I should have smelled a rat as the item description was ‘Help make the World a Little Greener’ and not the actual item name. They have the cheek to offer a 30% refund followed by a 50% subsequently, hoping I will think it is partly my fault.
I escalated to paypal and they seemed to be dragging their feet on the matter. My question is how many more people are going to be conned by them before swift action is taken?
Why are they able to scam people under the nose of paypal is unbelievable.

I order and paid for an electric comfort camping cot with air mattress but received a U-shaped pillow for travel!
When I contact them they just apologize and offer a refund of 30%, THEN OFFER 50%... they're not mentioned anything about sending the item I ordered! but still published the item in their site.
My friend order the same and received the same item.
It looks like a company that cheating the customer by purpose and they don't have a think to send you the item you order.
Need to send this to the police.

I also ordered the queen size cot that has the air pump etc that was supposed to be worth USD$29.99 and they sent me an inflatable neck pillow... asking Paypal to reimburse when i claimed it they said that i had to make a claim to the US postal service if i did not receive my merchandise. yeah, right... like the US Postal service will change the cot for a neck pillow... last time i try the advertisings in facebook. have tried 5 and all are fake, this is the only one that has sent merchandise and clearly not what i ordered.

PayPal complaint opened as this company claims the item has been delivered. Unbelievable! Photographic evidence submitted and waiting on the outcome from Paypal for a full refund. Absolutely a waste of time and effort. They will refund me whether voluntarily or via PayPal. AVOID THEM!

I purchase a toolkit and received an inflatable pillow - didn't really know what it was. I was offered a 30% refund but if I didn't accept it it would cost me about £20 to return. Fortunately I purchased thru' Paypal and I claimed on their Payment Protection Plan. I was still made to return the item which cost £15 but Paypal refunded that. After a lot of chasing and effort I have been refunded the cost of the item. It took a lot of perseverance but I got a result. These companies should be hounded out of existence and the perpetrators should be prosecuted.

I ordered a trash compactor & received a package of trash bags. Do not buy anything, unless you like getting ripped off. Luckily, I paid with Paypal, so I'll get my money back.

i ordered a air mattress with frame and what was delivered was in a Small envelope so anyone that looked at my order KNEW it was not right was cheap blow up neck pillow !! there is NO PHONE NUMBER listed at all anywhere. the email that is for contact us is either not valid or not currently working

I too received a cheep pillow instead of bed and got the message back they will only give me 30% back. I luckily paid with pay pal so I am opening a claim against them and will also report them to the BBB so that there will be a record with them. As I check out most things with the BBB before I buy and this company had no reports against them. They will now after my experience and finding these reviews.

Purchased queen size cot, blowup mattress, pump combo. I looked at return policy & shipping pages first to make sure it was not coming from China. Shipping said international shipping available and shipping in US would ship e-packet which is a USPS product. Very misleading! I finally received item and the description on pkg says U shaped travel pillow. I received the same response as everyone else, I can pay to return or accept 30% refund. Has anyone been able to receive a full refund through PayPal or their credit card company?

Absolutely the biggest fraudulent company on facebook, this company should be held accountable for such false advertisement and stealing money. Giving them a 1 star review was far too generous, would love to see these people get the book slapped at them in court. Hopefully they anger the wrong people and get a large dose of karma. Bought the same garbage can compressor and got the same green garbage bags as everyone else.

Same experience here as others. Bought the steel trash compactor but received garbage bags. Seems like everyone receives the same standard reply. You can return but it will cost you $20 shipping and they offer 30% refund. Waiting for PayPal resolution now
