MunchFit 

Honestly the worst customer experience I think I’ve ever had. Meals arrived and went off far earlier than expected / advertised. Only 1 of 4 deliveries were sent, subsequent deliveries were cancelled with no warning or explanation. Multiple emails to the customer service team were ignored. Furthermore, the website no longer has a login page and the app is not usable by a human being. Would advise using any other form of food delivery service or even starving as that would give the same result as this service.

Only received one week of our 4 week order with no explanation as to why the next orders haven’t arrived. Customer service impossible to contact. Multiple meals that did arrive went off before having a chance to eat them.

Order (my first) was not delivered and company eventually emailed to say they couldn’t continue providing subscription meal plans. No food received and no refund in sight yet.

I never received any food. I still have not been refunded. Very poor

I enjoyed the first weeks trial however I have not been able to contact them. Website is faulty and after emails, telephone calls no one has ever replied and its been over a week now so their is no customer service

Terrible! I ordered munchfit Middle Eastern Turkey meal via Ocado. Something I have done happily in the past and enjoyed. This time round sadly there were two hard nut shells in it which damaged my crown. I tried contacting Ocado having sent photos and I was advised to contact munchfit direct. Since then, this was over two weeks ago, I have filled their on line form, sent numerous emails to their customer support including the photos and bar code of the meal, no response what so ever. I am now having to go to the dentist and pay ridiculous amounts to sort out my crown and still no response whatsoever from munchfit! I would not reccomended them at all for one reason and one reason only! No customer service! It is as if the company does not exist!

I have had two deliveries now from Munchfit and am very happy with the quality of the food. However, I am experiencing ongoing problems with the website and for over a week now I have been unable to login to my profile, meaning that I am unable to preview the contents of my upcoming deliveries and make any changes to the selection. This means that I not only am unable to change my meal selections, but that I don't even know what they are in the first place! I flagged this with Customer Services three days ago and they said that they would look into it, but despite a chasing email after two days, I have still had no response and am still unable to log in to my profile, so for this reason I am giving a low rating.

The food was fantastic, I was wondering if you collect the freezer bags as I still have them? They may come in useful one day!

I thought the meals were excellent. Very tasty! I don’t the week trail and would certainly recommend. It is a little out of my budget but really good meals if you have the money for it. The turkey meatballs were my favourite.

Tasty meals, I just wish there were more options without Coriander!

The food was absolutely delicious and delivered on time, well packaged, etc.

It's nice to have a meal service where you just need to stick something in the microwave/oven or even eat it cold. Saved me a tonne of time.

After the initial 90% off offer that I had, the cost was too high to continue, unfortunately. I'd highly recommend it though if you can afford it and especially if you've got training goals - you can hit your macros every time with no effort.

all the meals were fantastic and portion sizes really good. Packaging is large and remained cool.

Really great service. Food is amazing and the options online to manage your subscription are good.
One criticism - on the next weeks delivery can the courier collect the ice packs from the previous week to be reused? Or maybe include a free return tag for the user to post them back in a box. Seems wasteful throwing away a lot of very good reusable ice gel packs after each delivery.

Great variety of meals given. Contains the macronutrient requirements based on training goals / preferences.
Overall quality of the meals were of decent standard and delivered meals arrive in a box with cold water packs in order to keep the foods refrigerated.

Far too much veg
Calories quite low for a ‘strong’ meal.

A lot of carbs & veg were too firm to eat.

3 x 5-600 calorie meals a day is not enough for an average male for building muscle.

Really tasty, great macros, fast & friendly customer service. Would 100% recommend :-)

I'm at the end of my trial week on a strong + plan. My experience is positive. The delivery arrived on time and was properly packed so the meals are kept fresh. The ingredients are nicely chosen with healthy kept in mind. Unfortunately, I can't agree with other reviews that they taste amazing. I would say they're just okay so I managed to eat them. Some veg were quite hard or the sauces provided didn't match the dish. Of course, I understand it's not easy to cook that large amounts of food and keep the amazing taste. And it's not that I'm fussy, I eat everything. I also cook myself and my dishes taste way better. Maybe that's why I didn't enjoy it. I can recommend it for most people at least to try, cause they may love it. Strong 4 stars cause it's worth checking!

Customer service is second to none, complaints / queries are always answered promptly and easily resolved. Munchfit are genuinely open to change based on constructive feedback. Finally the food is delicious!
