I've managed email campaigns for years and have used almost every major platform out there. Mumara gives me the level of control that I've been missing. The segmentation capabilities are incredibly detailed, and the automation workflows are robust and easy to map out. I have full control over my sending IPs and can actually see what's happening behind the scenes. It's a professional-grade tool for serious marketers who want to get out from under the thumb of restrictive SaaS platforms. Two thumbs up from me.

A pop up on the login page to Mumara' self hosting app says "Mumara does not act as the email service provider for this system and therefore cannot be held responsibility for any email transmissions facilitated through it".

Over the last two days I have received more than 20 emails, all variants of the same message, all from different addresses all using the Mumara app. All messages have an 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom which leads to the same place as the actual message link which includes '/campaign/clicked/' in its URL.
Perhaps Mumara would like to explain how this could happen.
Of those 20 one was an identifiable company. A search for all the others led only to a link to the Mumara app login page.

I've been using Mumara for a few months now, mainly for transactional emails, and it's been great. The platform handless high-volume emails like order confirmations and password resets without any hiccups. It's fast, reliable, and ensures important emails get where they need to be. Plus, the detailed analytics make it easy to track performance and deliverability in real-time.

Amazing sending app. You can add multiple sending servers and can spin content. And with pmta addon, you can easily setup pmta configuration. I think mumara is the only mailer I know that can process bounces directly from pmta logs.

They have top-notch support also; they even installed everything for me for free.

Amazing software that can manage all aspects of your campaigns. Fast interface and can handle massive data sets.

This program offers complete control over every aspect of the process, covering everything from bounce handling to list control with unparalleled granularity. With seemingly endless features and ways to interact with your data, even those without a deep understanding of inboxing can easily use this program for bulk mailing. However, you may be confused as to why you need to set a bounce address before firing away with your new mail cannon. While I was content using Interspire or Sendblaster, I always knew that there could be better options and would search for new applications at least once a year. The frustration I experienced with sending and receiving mail would sometimes lead me to try new programs, but I would always end up returning to my trusty combination of Gmail, Streak CRM, and Sendblaster.

I have used a lot of other services that promise fast email sending and they are all a scam. This one is the first one that actually delivers. They have a lot of options and control settings to send out email campaigns. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friend's network.

If you are here, then means that you’re looking for an Email Software App, because you’re tired of all you’ve tested until now…I know, I was there too, but then I’ve found Mumara Campaigns+ (that’s what I needed), and there starts my journey which I will explain below:

Let’s start with how I got Mumara, right? So…I was using MailWizz at that time (1-2 years ago, and I was using it for 2 years I guess, if not even more), but I was using dedicated IPs, and all the time I was burning the IPs and didn’t understood why, until I figured out that domain tracking is not working as supposed (it was using the tracking domain I was supposing, but also the main domain on which the app was installed on). However, this was my main concern to solve when switched to Mumara, and 1st thing accomplished, because with Mumara you have the Cloacking tracking option, which will pass any filter and won’t show your main domain on which the app is installed (in any header or something else).

I’ve started to avoid domain blacklistings just because of this, and then I started scalling my volumes, domains, and IPs.

Yes, there’s not just UPS in my story, because once I’ve started to scale the volumes, I figured out that again I start to hurt the reputation of my IPs, but guess what, I was blaming the app at that point, but it WASN’T it’s fault, it was mine, because I didn’t understood that I can get a better balance between volumes/domains/IPs, and you know how easy it is with Mumara? Let me explain:

So you just need to create your Broadcast (which will work as a template for the campaign you want to send), then Schedule the Campaign -> Select the list you want to send to -> Select the Broadcast -> Select the Nodes (you can select multiple nodes, you can customize each node which is a dedicated IP or any other ESP (and hell yeah, Mumara gives you the possibility to integrate lots of ESPs and SMTPs) ), btw, you have also the option to select the SMTP Sequence, Fast or Loop (Loop will help you to warmup the IPs while it’s sending 1 email to each IP) -> Set when you want to schedule it and also set the speed of your campaign based on the list volume, use whatever options you want to use as sender info and so on (you need to check because it’s a lot to say here)

However, compared to other apps, instead of taking me almost 4h/day to schedule my hundreds of campaigns with MailWizz, not it takes me about 1h/day…so time efficiently and MOST IMPORTANT: HAVING THINGS ARRANGED!!!

You think that I was always happy with Mumara? Guess what…NO

You know why?

Because it took me a while to understand that it needs hosting resources aswell, according to volumes sent, to database you upload and so on.

BUT MOST IMPORTANT

Mumara team was always there to help me understand what needs to be done, what needs to be upgraded, what I should change and test.

So in other words, Mumara fits to all needs, small to high volumes, and team is always there to HELP, which for me, is the MOST IMPORTANT THING I WAS LOOKING FOR AN EMAIL SOFTWARE APPLICATION.
