My 8 year old Sony Bravia was…

My 8 year old Sony Bravia was experiencing vertical lines across the entire screen then it would go black.I called Multitech on Saturday Oct.8/23 left a message not expecting a quick response from them I was asked to send a brief video of the screen problem within the hour I got a call back wow I was surprised so soon about the issue such a courteous honest helpful man he told me it was not repairable and no charge no service call he could of asked me to bring it in or come out to see the tv but he did not just wanted to help out Multitech will get my business and I will spread the good word around.
