Money grabbing. Steer clear of this company.

We rented a property through this company. While they were fine throughout the tenancy. We paid our rent on time and they repaired as needed. When it came to the end of the tenancy they would not return our deposit. They made up some excuses about having to deduct some money for various things but would not tell us what things or how much. After waiting over a month without a proper response we have had to raise a dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and are still waiting for any of our deposit to be returned.
