I bought a leather case for my Iphone 8 plus and it took a really long time to get it but they offered my a lot of help and discount on next purchase and i couldnt be more thankful .
I got my order in the end and its a really good leather and im happy about it even if it came late

No customer service, products not delivered
I bought a carry-on folio sleeve for MacBook on 28th of May. Delivery time was estimated at maximum 9 working days, but I still didn’t receive it (it’s 13th of June).
Customer service is really bad, I sent them 5 messages and I only received one saying they will try to track the package, but this was it. No update on it.
The tracking number is not valid in my country so I don’t know what to do more, especially that this was supposed to be a present.
It is really frustrating as the products are expensive and I was expecting a normal customer service, but there is none.
I would not recommend this website at all.
Avoid them.

I bought a phone case costing 45 E more than 2 weeks ago. I have not received it neither got any tracking. I contacted the support regarding this and has not heard from them. Very bad service. Avoid

Great help from customer service
I ordered a cover for an iPhone 6 and made a mistake and ordered for the iPhone 6 Plus. I got in contact with customer service in Holland and got a fast reply about what to with the wrong cover. They helped me pick the right cover (There's not many left to the ancient iPhone 6) and send it to Denmark without further charges. It aarived after just two days. Great customer service and still the best cover I've had for any phone.
No communication, No response ... No customer service???
Stated on website that will ship in ~ 2 business days.
Ordered and paid on last Friday 12:41 AM with **Express Shipping**, received an e-mail said will be in touch when item is shipped. Wait till finished Monday still received nothing. Sent them an e-mail yesterday, up till now still no response.
Very very poor Customer Service & No effort of fulfilling the selling promise.
Poor quality
Poorly fitted and uncomfortable iPhone leather case to begin with. Lasted for a few months before it started to fall apart. Was offered a new case but why would I even want that, to get it replaced again in a few more months?
Expedite shipping? more like snail mail.
Ordered an iPhone X leather case on 6 March. Choose the expedite shipping with an extra charge almost the same price as the case. As stated in the website, the shipping will be delivered 3-6 days after shipped. However until today (its been a week since the product is shipped) the product is still not yet delivered. With an extra cost of 45 euro for shipping I would expect a better shipping service. I've tried fast shipping from other brand and it cost let than that. So just a heads up to other future buyers, if you want to order it international just choose the normal shipping since it will be not delivered as an "expedite shipping" anyway.

Finally purchased a Mujjo leather…
Finally purchased a Mujjo leather case/wallet for my iPhone X after much deliberation as so much choice out there together with the fact that I haven't ever purchased a cover before for any phone I've ever owned. Really good product and perfect to keep my driving license and a credit card in place. Although a little more than I wished to have paid (£45.00 through Amazon) it is of an excellent quality and I can highly recommend it.

I can honestly say Mujjo makes the best quality cases I have ever had in my hands. I loved the case on my iPhone 7 and already love the one I just got for my new iPhone 8!
Issues at first but customer service helped replace the defective case with a new model
Had some issues at first with a defective case and communicating with customer service, but in the end Mujjo came through and sent me a new model that is higher quality and isn't susceptible to the same problems

Excellent customer service
Christmas 2015 I ordered a iPhone 6 case for my girl friend and one for myself. After a few months in April the leather of my girl friends case peeled off. I have sent Mujjo a picture of the case and they sent out a new one within a week - no further questions asked.
Last week in August my girl friend got the same problem again, leather came loose from the case. (Mine is just fine btw...) And again Mujjo sent out a new one for the second time!
Mujjo response time is fast (within a day) and friendly. I'm impressed.
Great product, but absolutely shocking service!
I ordered the Macbook Pro Retina 13" Sleeve Brown on 12 December to be delivered to my work address before I broke up for the Christmas break so I could then take it to my Dad's as a Christmas present.
The first problem I found was that the site gives you no idea of how long anything will take to deliver unless you choose the Express delivery where it tells you it will be 2-3 days for €29.99. As I was ordering on 12 December I thought that was plenty of time and just chose the standard delivery option at €7.90.
On ordering the item I then got a confirmation email that said I would get an email when the item was dispatched. I hadn't heard anything by the 19th December, so I emailed them to ask when I would expect my item.
Someone called Viktor then emailed back to say the item had not been dispatched, but I could upgrade to express delivery if I wanted for an extra charge.
As the item was not even dispatched I knew it was not going to arrive in time before I left to go down to my parents, so I asked if I could get the delivery address changed to my parents, so it went directly there. I also then asked if it would still arrive before Christmas and was happy to pay whatever extra to make sure it arrived.
I didn't hear back from Viktor the next day, so I chased it up with another follow up email. Viktor then replied to say on 20 December that he had changed the delivery address and that "We'll do our best to dispatch your order today, or maybe tomorrow."
I then replied back on the same day again asking when I would expect to receive the item and again advising that I was more than happy to pay extra to make sure the item arrived on time.
I was then told that there was no guarantee that it would arrive for Christmas now! At this point I gave up on the item arriving for Christmas and left it.
By the 27 December I still had no item, so I emailed again to see what was happening. I then get a reply from Viktor on 28 December saying that my order should have been despatched days ago and was told it will be shipped that day and sorry, but unfortunately these mistakes happen.
I eventually got the item today 3 January 2013, but it has gone to my work address and not my parents address, so now I have to arrange my own delivery to send it to them at my own cost even though it had been updated. To rub salt into the wounds I also got an email today saying that my item had been shipped!
I asked Viktor if he could at least refund me my delivery cost to which he said he would not!
All they need to do is advise customers how long things will take to deliver. They don't even have the information on their delivery page. Although the express option is a lot more money I would have more than happily paid it if I knew it was going to take so long to get the item.
The only saving grace for Mujjo is that their products are brilliant! It is just a nightmare trying to get one.
