Poor Customer Service

Their customer service needs some improvement.
Wanted to get the recommendations in text messages instead of emails. There is no way I can add phone number from the website. Had to send my number to them and get this added - which I don't want to do. It is basic that one should be able to add/modify info from the website. Sent a email asking them to cancel and I got the response as "I don't understand what you are saying but you are looking for a reason to cancel"

Did not love this experience!

This was my experience very briefly explained. After being with Pinpoint Financial Group (MTOptions) for several months, I wanted to cancel the "newsletter" due to not using their service. In following their
requirement to cancel, I wrote them at least three times over five months to cancel; however, finally, in the sixth month, I had enough and changed my credit number; which led them to eventually stopping to charge my Citi Bank card. I can't comment firsthand on the quality of their service but they claim to have a good track record in their replies to maintain me for "free" as a customer. My advice is this. If you plan to discontinue as a customer, put the brakes on quickly as you can only dispute 60 days of charges with your credit card company, IF they protect your purchase at all. This is not a dispute or meant to be defamatory. It's my experience and opinion, which formed over several months ending in Feb 2024.
