Complete Negligence – Physically Damaged My Swiss Watch and Refused Accountability
I brought my Swiss Jowissa watch here for a routine battery replacement, and he completely ruined it due to gross negligence and sloppy handling. When the watch was returned to me, there was heavy moisture condensation trapped entirely underneath the crystal, completely fogging up the dial face because he failed to properly seat or replace the caseback gasket, destroying the watch's factory water resistance.
And the internal dial mechanism was handled so aggressively during reassembly that the entire dial plate shifted, leaving the official brand star logo completely twisted and rotated out of its correct horizontal position.
When I returned to the shop the following day to demand a correction, he took my watch to a highly cluttered workspace, pretended to work on it, and I saw him spraying a mystery craft-bottle liquid directly onto my delicate watch from about 8 feet away where I was standing. He then lied and returned the item claiming it was "fine." Upon returning home, the heavy condensation had formed inside the watch face once again.
He completely refused all professional accountability and attempted to gaslight me by blaming ambient water. He caused significant internal and structural damage to a gift from my late mother, lied about fixing it, and completely lacked professionalism. Avoid this careless operation at all costs.
