Having ordered a pair in June yes June never received these trainers cleans have fobbed me of from customer service for 2 months I have gone to my bank this seems unfair I paid for Royal Mail signed for delivery who failed on there part also none wanting to admitfault finally my bank are investigating but I am £185 out of pocket with no trainers also they were only insured in post by cleans for £150 this seems wrong also when the customer is paying £185 and after writing this they will pop up a response stating we stuffed your shoes behind a bin on a main road oh shock horror when you arrived home two days later after we did not get a signature or leave with the nominated Neighbour as directed were they not on your open drive way AVOID THESE PEOPLE they don’t play by the rules

I recently used Sneake Clean Shoe Cleaning Service and I’m beyond impressed! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless.

My shoes, which were in pretty rough shape, came back looking brand new. The attention to detail was incredible – not only were they cleaned to perfection, but the scuff marks and stains I thought were permanent were completely gone! Dan clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results.

I’ll definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to extend the life of their shoes. Excellent service, great results, and well worth the price!

Sent my balenciaga trainers in February 2021 and despite numerous conversations and excuses they have still not been returned to me over a year later.
Avoid!

Had some work done on a pair of trainers I nearly threw out.....wow, what a result! I couldn't believe they were the same shoes when I picked them up, they actually looked brand new! Dan was professional, courteous and honest enough to point out marks he thought may be difficult to remove....but he did! Would definitely recommend if your thinking of spending a fortune on new trainers.

Mr Sneakeclean has repaired a pair of Christian Louboutins and Giuseppe Zanottis for me so far, both shoes I thought were beyond repair especially the suede on the Zanottis but he managed to make them both look like brand new and both during a fast timeframe. I’ll definitely be using him exclusively from now on in the future.

Did an amazing repaint on my Louboutin soles! Amazing customer service, definitely recommend and will use again in future :)

Amazing service!! Brought 3 pairs of previously white trainers (now grey) and a pair of beat up white football boots. All were restored back to new and absolutely faultless. Couldn’t recommend Mr. Sneake Clean any more 5⭐️

I had a clean done on my Yeezy 350 Triple White and a full restore of some classic Hamburgs. Wow both pairs look unbelievable! Couldn't recommend MrSneakeClean enough for any footwear you have that need bringing back to life👍🏻
