Is slightly limited as to what you can do on the website however absolutely great for website beginners.
The chat staff are wonderful, always exceptionally helpful no matter what the query and always reply almost instantly.
George SV has recently helped me solve a problem on my website and, like the others chat staff i have spoken with, he did not leave the chat until i was pleased that the issue had been solved.

This is the first time using 'MrSite' and it's very easy to use and the staff is very helpful. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I've had a problem for a few weeks (not caused by Mr Site, a BT problem). I got in touch with Mr Site who provide my domain and Athanas was very syppirtive, made changed to my domain settings and resolved the problem. Very quick to communicate and excellent asset to the company

Athanas was a great help on the online chat - I would warn people to not try to contact them via email or phone, but to create an online ticket or via online chat.

I spoke to Tom today and he was so incredibly helpful it makes me want to forget about the other two companies I was considering! Thanks Tom for your patience, your suggestions and your generosity with your time and ideas! Massive gratitude!

I cant thank your online chat staff member "George SV" enough for all the help that they have provided me with. I had been on the old Beginners package with yourselves and I wasn't able to work it on my Apple products what so ever and they were able to upgrade me to the Taster package, I had almost given up and was looking for someone to Design and maintain a new website for me. I thought i would just ask on your online chat for some help, boy am i glad that i did as I would have been out of pocket setting up with a different company. I have been lucky enough to get the same person each time i was asking yet another question for help. I am delighted at how quickly George was able to respond to me and guide me in the right direction. This is still all quite new to me so I'm sure that i will be needing more help from George. If i could give you a bonus, I would.
