I ordered two bourne high sleeper beds and they are lovely! When I first ordered I made a mistake by ordering white when I wanted white and oak, I emailed company straight away and this was rectified immediately. Excellent customer service! . The beds are sturdy and look great! I wouldn’t hesitate in using this company again. Although the beds took quite a while to build they are definitely worth it and I am very happy with them

DO NOT BUY EXETER BED unless your happy with an unfinished brown chipboard edge on show at the front of the bed and where the desk is! After contacting their customer services who tried their best to sort out my issues but the bed is meant to look like that and the images online do not represent accurately what the bed looks like when you've built it up! The finish is POOR but if you can get over the eye sore it is a very sturdy bed!

I have ordered a Lifestyle Children's High Sleeper, Cabin Bed, White - Colour:White M1400W from the company online after my wife picked out the design and I checked the sizes and weights. The order started with vague options and no real delivery specifications even though you have to pay an extra £18.95 for shipping.

I am now currently 15 Days in and still no sign of my daughters bed. They use Facebook messenger to try supply customer service and its appalling to deal with. So far I have a number for the "Driver" Andrew and I have been instructed to contact said Andrew to find out about delivery.

It is completely unacceptable and I would not recommend this useless company to anyone.

Avoid at all costs!

We purchased the Stamford and the Cambridge beds for our kids. The quality of both was outstanding. Ordering was straight forward and delivery was quick. Everything arrived very well packaged and in top condition worth all parts present and correct. Both beds are very large items of furniture so took a while to build but the clear instructions made the job very easy.

BOURNE HIGH SLEEPER BED ...Brilliant service from start to finish .high quality product.any questions or queries dealt with professionally and great delivery driver item was delivered within 5 days .Would highly recommend. Value for money .only 1 slight issue that draw bases were too big and had to be cut down plus instructions could be a little clearer in parts but grand daughter absolutely loves it ...thanks..😊

Brilliant. Ordered 2 cabin beds with mattresses, after receiving order confirmation I emailed them to ensure they avoided delivery on a certain date (which was about 2 weeks from ordering) and they acknowledged swiftly, then to my surprise was advised delivery would be 7 days which was great. Driver texted me with a window of delivery and arrived in good time, was very friendly too.

Beds are great quality and very sturdy and bigger than expected, incredibly easy to assemble (my 11 year old daughter assisted and just occasionally had to hold a piece of wood for a few seconds). I now have 2 very happy children.

I would highly recommend MrsFlatPack - great, prompt service and good quality product.

Called on a Saturday to check a small discrepancy on the website. No answer and i didnt leave a message. 2 hours later somebody called anway and guided me through it, happy days. Ordered it on the saturday delivered the following saturday! Heavy and sturdy and many screws to put it together. The instructions were a copy and could be a little clearer but on balance a good experience.

All I have had is issues!
Panels chipping as they were being built, casing not smooth quite rough Not as you would expect for a child's bed!
Yes they sent parts out as required but that meant spending more money to have these dismantled and built again! The beds should not be chipping so easily! We've had these up just under a year and had so many problems
The kids find the ladders so uncomfortable to climb up as they're not actual ladder steps more like storage shelves and they really hurt to stand on!
A few months in and the door fell off literally the metal hinge just snapped off!
Again parts sent out but I didn't want to buy beds for them to constantly need attention and repair!
The wood is left exposed where the panel is between the was done and top part of bed
Drawers are flimsy
We was told the computer table had chunks taken out by us rather than it being a poor quality product and wearing a week into using it. Basically it's not to be used! I expect general wear and tear but literally the first few weeks of having then built they looked like they're many years old!

We received a small refund as a goodwill gesture but all I can say is don't buy from here if you want beds to last you a long time and they're going to be used!
The customer service is fine But please save your money! They're really not worth it
I wish I had read reviews on here before buying these as on their website they only have 5 star reviews :(

mrs flatpack aka rutlandfurniture.co.uk ...ordered Christchurch High Sleeper Bed White/Oak for my eldest daughters birthday. told was supposed to be delivered within 5 days which would take it to the day BEFORE her birthday... nothing... rang them to find out where it was and they didn't have any idea about the order, explained the order would be there the day AFTER her birthday... hmmmm... so after a lot of squabbling and complaining, they arranged for it on her birthday (still not happy!) wrote an email to complain which was ignored!! so myself and my boyfriend put bed together on 8/10 (taking 8 hours) wood chipped easily. instructions weren't in the box trey were supposed to be in and so I had to contact the company to send by email. then, most of the instructions were not easy to understand (and probably even worse being on a computer!)
wont be buying from there again for £339!

Rutland Cabin bed with futon, desk and wardrobe underneath.

We purchased this item 6 years ago for our eldest son who absolutely loved it! Very sturdy and easy to follow assembling instructions. Even my husband who is an antitalent at diy managed to go through the process without losing his mind :)

Customer service was fast and extremely reliable at the time, and now again, when it's our youngest's turn to enjoy it they've promptly helpved with forwarding me a link for assembling instructions as I lost the paper ones and waiting from them to let me know how I can replace one part before setting it all up again. We definitely recommend Mrsflatpack's products.

I can highly recommend Mrs Flatpack, as the cabin bed we bought from them not only looks very good, but is solidly built and has enabled us to make maximum use of a small sized bedroom. We’re really pleased with the quality of the product and with the prompt and courteous delivery service we had - it came much quicker than we anticipated and the delivery man was very helpful. The reason it’s not a full 5 star rating is that Essex Flatpack, the assembly service recommended on Mrs Flatpack’s
website, let us down badly - we ended up paying for nothing and having to assemble the bed ourselves. Not Mrs Flatpack’s fault directly, but it would be better if they didn’t link themselves to a particular assembly service, since we gained the impression - completely wrongly as it turned out - that the assembly company knew what they were doing.

I came across Mrsflatpack after a quick google search. Prices seemed very reasonable and my daughter liked the design of the bed.

The bed was built with relative ease. I have made a few flatpacks over the years but was surprised how long it actually took me to build it.

The reason for my 3 stars though is due to a few things (its more out of 4 stars as NOTHING can ever be 5 stars). Below are my reasons.

1. It mentions on the website "upto" 15 working days for delivery, I didn't expect it to almost take 15 days. I have worked in furniture home delivery before and delivery times like this would have been unheard of.

2. Though out the whole ordering process and even after delivery the customer login page (comparable to a chocolate teapot) on the website (which is bugged by the way) always showed the order status "processing"

3. Excessive delivery charges. I can understand a delivery charge but I thought yours we excessive, especially when I was charged 2 charges because you were delivering 2 items ... at the exact same time!

4. UK manufacturer ... that makes bed to European specifications. Makes me think this is a plan for another revenue stream as I was forced to purchase a new mattress.

5. Random phone call from a driver to tell me that my delivery on Thursday would be delivered around 10-11am. I was never aware of a scheduled delivery on that day.

6. Ignore emails. Never did receive a response from my email asking for an order update (as the site just said "processing").

Good points are that the driver did arrive within his time slot, the bed was packaged well and ofc the bed is very well made and solid.

A few pages of the instructions were very VERY poor which did force me to dismantle a section (right side of the ladder) as the orientation of the top part was back to front (but spot on if following instructions).

If you are happy with being left in the dark regarding your order, the beds are good quality and kids will love them (baring the steps, both my daughters have said "why" so have them orientated with the narrow part up and not the wider part) then I can recommend this company.

I have tested this in chrome, IE and Edge on two different machines. When you first visit the page it works fine and you are presented with a username and password field. All Subsequent visits though to be able to view correctly you need to delete your browsers cookies otherwise you are shown a blank page.

I recently ordered the ‘bourne high sleeper cabin bed’ and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I’m 19 years old and big for my age and the bed is absolute perfect for my small room. It did take a while to assemble but upon completion looks great. Also found that they really have thought of everything in terms of small details and the Thorough instructions.

Really pleased with the product and service. For starters it was delivered when they said it would be, I had read the delivery times on the listing and I was fine with that as it gave us time to sort the room out ready. The office contacted me prior to dispatch and even had the foresight to see that it was my work address and checked to make sure it would be ok as they were planning to deliver on a Saturday. A change to my home address was no problem at all. That courtesy and thought goes a long way as it made it much easier for me, thank you!

The driver arrived at the estimated time and unloaded without the need of assistance. He put the packages exactly where I wanted them.

I hadn't had anywhere to open them up for about three weeks, so I was a bit concerned that something would be damaged but everything was fine as it was so well packaged.

The assembly instructions were fine, we made a couple of mistakes along the way but soon realised them when we went onto the next step and it didn't work or fit! All the holes lined up and things fitted together without the need to "modify" it!

The end product is great! Our 4 year old son loves it!

So we are pleased! We managed to get our son the style of cabin bed that he wanted (and I always wanted as a kid), at a good price (there are others out there way more expensive that aren't anywhere near as good), with a good quality finish and it's from England!

Bourne high sleeper cabin bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers arrived very well packaged and on date, instructions remarkably easy and is made from quality materials.Looks amazing.Couple of small plates missing that attach to the beds wardrobe and cupboard magnet closing thing but hopefully will be sent these.But overall a great purchase.

The bed is sturdy and fits in the (small) room. However, I am extremely disappointed with the amount of wasted space. Behind the wardrobe and desk is about a foot of dead space. I had expected the wardrobe to be spacious but instead my daughter’s clothes are packed in and it will be of no use when she grows. Looks good but not particularly functional.

I purchased two beds with storage underneath great for the first week then draw fronts started to fall off drawn on one bed all jammed in won't open aswell as having no front ! on very disappointed .

I order a bed in November and asked for it to be delivered just before Christmas. I have just been informed (after sending numerous emails) that it should be delivered on 4th January - meanwhile my daughter is sleeping on the floor.

I purchased a cabin bed for my son from Mrsflatpack delivery was quick
and the bed is very sturdy (a must for a 11yr old boy) had acouple of door hinges missing so contacted the seller and they answered my e-mail quickly and i received the hinges within acouple days. great customer service

Delivery was fine and the cabin bed is a good space saver, however the corners and edges are very sharp. I have just put the sheet on the mattress and I've managed to cut my finger in the process. My daughter has also scratched herself on the corners of the drawers. Unfortunately I'll have to look for another cabin bed because this just isn't safe.
