Mr. Sandless of Benton City arranged a visit within just a few days of my call and performed the work the following Saturday. My floor was a 10 year old Bruce hardwood floor that had simply lost its shine. Rich let me know that he would not be able to lighten the wood, but I was pretty sure he could not before I called. Rich came back the next day and touched up a small spot that had been missed with the topcoat. Work was done in one day, done very well, and I am very happy with the results. I have the look of a new floor at 1/4 the cost

Chase (the owner) came out to my house to bid refinishing my floor. I explained that I wanted the floor to be dark gray. He said he could do that.
After 4 days of working, the technicians could not achieve the gray color I was promised. The floors came out brown.
Chase was called back out to the house to take a look. He said he was very sorry that it came out brown.
His technicians also agreed that the floor was brown.
Chase did not explain what is possible with my species of wood. He did not show me any samples of finished colors either.
His company took my payment over the phone and produce no paperwork for me to sign. No work order or service agreement.
Upon asking for my money back, he said it was non-refundable.
