I originally purchased a Mr. Fluffy 1-2-25. In the review I noted that receiving the item in a timely fashion was ridiculous and the product was just stuck in Inglewood, CA. Once received, the item was not what is pictured. It looks like it is so abundantly fluffy that your pet gets lost in the cushiony goodness in the advertisements. That was not the case. The item never fluffed up like in the advertising and there was a large gap with no filling between the ring and the middle. I tried to return and would actually have to pay shipping of over $60! The other option was to donate and get a very small refund. Obviously, you take the very small refund, and they still make a few bucks and you no longer have a bed for your pet.
Now, 2026. I received an email from the "CEO" about sending out a Mr. Fluffy to show how much better it is. After making sure this was not a scam, I stated I would try it as long as I am not charged a single cent. The agreement was in order to send me the bed I would have to delete my original review. Okay, as I knew I would then be asked to submit a new review. I received this bed rather quickly. Now, if I ordered one, I am not sure that would be the case. I am not sure what the improvements are but maybe more filling so the gap is less noticeable. The bed still does not have the high walls and is not super fluffy. The filling seems to have some hard small rock sized pieces randomly in it but for the most part is soft. My dog doesn't love it, but he sometimes will lay on the bed. Would I buy one again, probably not. Was it nice that they want to show you the product and give you another chance to change your mind, yes. Would I suggest you take a chance to purchase the always 60% off product and not be able to return without being charged a ridiculous amount, no.

However, the bed that arrived is way big and bigger than the last 3XL that we ordered. Dont know how to make it any smaller. believe its the wrong size. Perhaps the 2XL
size is like the old 3XL?
Dont know what to do.

2nd MrFluffyFriend bed for my dog. The first one, which is still in use , was relocated to another room after 2.75 yrs. The old one’s cover was not removable for cleaning so the stuffing got a little lumpy from washing. I am hoping the new one will last longer because of removable -zipped cover. I got two new beds in grey because I really like the color / texture + for my second dog . My first diggy loves his new bed and the 2nd pup for now seems prefers the tiled floor for the summer.

They tell you ; we send your order the same day……….. but then it will take 8 till 15 workingdays before it arrives !!!!!

I thought the couch was something else. I was worried that it was going to be a problem to return the dog bed.
However, they were totally helpful and understanding.
I am amazed by the great customer service, especially this day and age where customer service is an afterthought.
They even paid for the shipping back to them.
This tells me that they have total confidence in their product. It is a good Product, it just wasn't what I thought.
I was impressed and would encourage people to buy their product and not worry if you wonder if it's what you want.

I've expressed my concern regarding their inferior product, and shipping the wrong item. My biggest concern was the $250 charge to return to China with no guarantee it will arrive. The new issue here is how they provide their deepest regrets for my loss of money. If they truly cared they would refund my money. They will not refund beacuse they don't care about the consumers loss. And I have to question the authenticy of the better reviews. My experience was not only horrible and time consuming but abusive.

Quinn became my family after her rescue from a dog-fighting ring: her name should have been "Jitters." Call it PTSD, anxiety, whatever. I earn her trust every day. But when her Anti-Anxiety bed arrived, she instantly claimed it like a long-lost friend! For a non-traumatized dog (or cat/ kittens) it's the height of luxury; for a special-needs pet, it's miraculous. AND the team at MrFluffyFriend graciously held my order while I got my new address established. They relate like family. So grateful, so delighted...

My dog loves her new bed. After we received the new bed, we experienceed a thunder storm and my dog headed for her new bed and felt secure as she snuggled into it.
What a great product, I couldn't recommend it more. My only wish is that I would have bought the largest size.

I had an issue with the design of the earlier version of the bed. The stitching for the surrounding donut ring was not well positioned and easily accessible to the puppies. They pulled all the stuffing out of the bed.
I sent a description of what happened to the company and they immediately offered to replace the bed. I did not notify them with the intent of getting a replacement bed for free. A few months later the company contacted me and asked if I would accept another redesigned bed for my dog to try. That bed has improved construction and a full zipper around the donut for cleaning the bed. This new design appears to be stronger and the stitching is less readily available to puppies (who will chew on anything).

I sent an email to company and got a reply from the CEO of the company. What a surprise. He stayed in comunication with me throughout the process of getting the issue I was having with the product until it was finished and even thanked me even though I returned the product. This company will be around for awhile. It is good to see a company that truly cares and is in the U.S.

I bought the cooling dog mat. It was £25 so expensive but I thought would be worth it if it cooled my dog down. The description says 'silk material'. When it arrived, the label says nylon/polyester. I put my dog on it and it just feels warm and doesn't cool her at all. It is a waste of money and the advertising is inaccurate as it is nylon not silk. I have asked for a refund but no reply as of now. Do not buy.
