I would post my real tracking number but I’m STILL waiting for my package which they said shipped from PA, USA. but an example of the shipping code is like this SAAPQUVSPAADDLK…… definitely NOT UPS, USPS, or FEDEx. Had I known that I would never have ordered this product and I’m dissatisfied and I have even gotten it yet. I don’t buy from overseas because their products are crap, it takes longer than I want and there’s no way to return anything if I’m dissatisfied. They make it appear that they are shipping from somewhere in the United States. They are not they have no warehouses in the United States. I don’t care what they say. They are lying. Do not buy from this company.
Update. I received my dog bed. It’s crap as I expected. It’s supposed to be fluffy and calming for dogs that are frightened by lightning and thunder. $139 of cheap materials and no support. I should have gone to PetSMart and picked out a bed in person and paid 1/2 the price for a far better quality. My 55 lb. Boxer may as well sleep on the floor because there’s nothing enough padding to keep her from it by sleeping in this bed. Yes it arrived compressed and takes time to fluff. Even fluffed the cushion has zero firmness. Bedding must have some firmness to be supportive. I have photos, if I can figure out how to post them I definitely will. If I can send back to the company I WILL!

I needed to return my item as it was too small. The lead up to the return is VERY complicated!!! They don’t make it easy for you whatsoever . Once I managed to send it back with tracking info and the Royal Mail photo with proof of return they are now saying it wasn’t sent back to there depot in Germany even though the return address was printed out on the package to the Uk! So they are saying they can’t refund and need to investigate! Well if I don’t get my refund I will be investigating and iam certainly taking this further ! I would advise to steer clear of this company.

Love the new dog bed!
Before ordering, my questions were answered quickly and very well. I could track my shipment fairly well. The packaging was a bit of a challenge to open, but very secure for shipping purposes. Once I figured where the inards all fit into the outer shell all was good! My dog usually avoids a new bed or blanket, but this time she rolled and stretched all over it immediately. It has become her "go to" relaxing spot. We will take it with us on our upcoming road trip! It is very pretty as well! We are happy customers! July, 2026

Bed Size Adjustments
When I was ordering the pet bed I wasn't sure what size to get. I used the size guide, as well as measuring my dog's current bed.
I made a choice what size and placed the order. Then I promptly changed my mind and contacted customer service and requested they send the next size up. Customer service was very accommodating.
Then I changed my mind again. Contacted customer service, apologized and asked if they could up the size again. Customer service was great. They had no problem making the change. The changes were hassle free.
Finnegan loves his new bed!

Great product. Dog used it immediately, surprisingly as usually very suspicious of anything new. Unlike the gel filled products, this will stand up to scratching, bunching and general dog related abuse. Feels cool toy bare feet. You've lost a star because the delivery was very slow. Waited 2 weeks for delivery.

Same as many of the other comments does not stand up to what is described, not cool just nylon and polyester and send back is not to UK, and costly, just hope that I get a full refund as done all they say to return the item.
Having received a reply email from Mr Fluffy, saying that nylon and polyester dissipantes heat, I cannot find any proof other than the contrary.

The customer service was outstanding and they ordered me another bed size large round one and apricot incentive for free. I had measured my dog but apparently she needs extra large sometimes you just can't win. They tried but she really doesn't want to use it so I'm really bummed out. The product appears to be pretty soft but it's not like the ones that I've purchased in the past perhaps they changed manufacturing company. But I just want to elaborate on the customer service because they really tried. I would go up inside if I was going to order more I hope this helps others.

I ordered a large and it runs real small. I have a miniature American Eskimo that weighs only 16 lbs and the bed is not big enough for her. It’s flat on one side of the rim because it doesn’t have enough stuffing in it. She sleeps more on her blanket because she can stretch out on it.

Impossible to return!!!!!
Quality of product not great, but main concern is if you want to return your order, then DO NOT BUY from this company. They make it impossible to return as return address in Germany. I sent my parcel back after lots of back & forth, paid £21 @ post office for parcel to be signed for as requested, only for my parcel to be returned to me, as unclaimed their end.
Will never order again nor recommend this company!!!!

Bed is awesome! Super soft. My old/overweight husky has got bad joints. She can barely get up on her own and spends most her time laying down these days. I've been telling her for 2 days she's getting a new bed so she's been excited. She absolutely loves it and so do I! It's very good quality and unlike all my other dog bed this will be super easy to put back together after coming out of the dryer the way it's designed with the inserts. Kudos for that. I've replaced beds to avoid fighting to get the cover back on after washing a single time. The company is great. My order was processed immediately at the very end of the day. Packed and shipped bright and early the following morning. At my doorstep in 3 days! Completely shocked me. I received an email daily with not just updates but words of gratitude and instructions on how to take care of it. I also purchased 1 of the giant round beds that should be here tomorrow.
