Amazing Cooling Mat
The cooling mat is absolutely amazing and has really helped our puppy in the class few days. I was very skeptical at first but put my hand on it and you could feel the cooling effect. Washes really well and dries quickly. The only thing that prevented me giving 5 stars was the length of time it took to come. I bought a different cooling mat from Amazon which arrived the next day so I had decided to return this one if it ever turned up. When it did arrive and I tried it I decided to keep both and am considering buying another McFluffy cooling mat. Overall very satisfied

Hi Mrs. Chapman,
Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review! We're so pleased to hear the cooling mat has been helping your puppy stay comfortable during the warmer days and that you've been impressed with its cooling effect, as well as how easy it is to wash and dry.
We also appreciate your honest feedback about the delivery time. We understand the wait can be frustrating, and we're sorry it took longer than you expected. It's wonderful to hear that once it arrived, it exceeded your expectations and earned a permanent place alongside your other mat. Thank you for considering another one—we truly appreciate your support! 🌿

Dog loved her sofa as she has snapped her cruciate and loves sleeping with head on cushion . Only down side is the packaging, thought it would have been better in cardboard box instead of scrounged up in plastic

Senior girl seems to like it.
Based on other dog related orders, this one seem to take bit longer to arrive.
Blanket feels cool on touch, and 12.5 old Staffy seem to realise what it does and doesnt make it in a pile or ball :) keeps it spread out on her orthopedic bed.

A happy dog 🐕🦺
Our dog is very happy with her MrFluffyFriend cosy doughnut bed.
Whilst it appears to be well made and the zipped cover is easy to remove for washing, in my opinion the price was a tad high.

Good addition
Actually, I'm gutted!
I ordered the XL Mr Mc mat and it was the XXL I should have ordered!!! Whilst my boy is happy to have another McFluffy friend to lie on, (now in 3 rooms!) he has paw overhang, whereas the circular one with the head rest right round is the most popular still... my bad!!! Keep it up McFluffy, wash, dry and keep fluff fluffy, no thinning or clumps! (Unlike cheaper versions before I found you)

Thank you so much for your lovely and honest review, Sue 🐾😊 We’re glad your boy is still enjoying his MrFluffyFriend in every room! Even if the XL wasn’t quite the right fit this time, it sounds like he’s still living his best comfy life — paw overhang and all 😄🩵 We really appreciate your support and kind words about the quality, washability, and fluffiness!
