Matt is a fantastic trainer! Very organised and prepared. Great resources and help when needed. Explained situations very well demonstrating excellent knowledge and great support to all individuals. I feel much more confident after taking this course and would be confident if I had deal with a real life emergency!

The 1 day course was Fantastic! The content varied with a good mixture of video clips, demonstrations and the trainer Matt was extremely knowledgable. After taking this course I feel very well equipped with many new skills. Thank you for a great day Matt!
