Extremely good communication, items are well packaged and well valued, very good with returns. I didn’t know that you needed to pay for your return slip and they helped me out a lot. It was my first time buying used camera gear (I had only bought two kit cameras from Best Buy before) and decided I wanted to upgrade. I will only purchase from them from here on out.

If you are happy with the price and describe your item accurately you shouldn't have any problems.
I have sold numerous cameras and lenses and never had the quote reduced

I am glad I ignored the doom-mongers on Reddit, don't take any notice. My experience of MPB is all very good, not perfect, more about that later. The camera and lens arrived a day early, From Germany to Croatia. DHL handed the package to HR Posta, the Croatian postal service, who are second to none.
Both the camera and the lens are in first rate condition, I have tested both. The packaging was very good, the camera and lens very safe, this brings me to the one minor issue; the lens hood was jammed on the lens, it hadn't been reversed properly. It took some patience to part hood and lens. The hood clicks on perfectly in work position, but takes some fiddling to click home when reversed. Whether this was inherent out of the factory, or heavy handed use by a previous owner, but it works ok. I do think the person packing the items should have taken a little more time, or asked for help. Really a very minor issue, though.

Prompt delivery, full transparancy regarding the state of the equipment, well packed. Great quality for the cost.

Dealt with MPB a few times now and have complete faith in their honest appraisal of camera gear on the used market. Quick to respond and not once did I feel I was being treated unfairly. I’ll certainly use their services again.
