Late result but ok..
Never before have I paid for goods and never received them. Despite many requests they just ignore me. They still have my money 3 months later.
Following my complaint, the trader has now redolved the situation to my satisfaction.

This order had been made with our suppliers due to no stock, our suppliers failed to order this part in from China. We should of chased this up after being on backorder for a couple of months but have since resolved this with the customer, improved how we deal with backorders and the customer has received a full refund for his order.

Excellent Service (Order 254874) I called the company to confirm that the part was available and spoke to a very polite man. Ordered on line and the part arrived the following day. You cant ask for anything more than that. Great company to deal with.
