I recently used this moving company, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first phone call, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful in answering all my questions.

Highly recommend Move Safe Relocation for any of your moving needs! I had to relocate from CT all the way down to GA for work and from the very first time I called through the day of delivery it was a 10 out of 10 experience. I have never had to move long distance like this and they accommodated all of my needs plus some! My stuff arrived timely and they did an amazing job with packing and unpacking all of my furniture and boxes! Truly exceeded my expectations and would use them again if I ever have to move again!

Jake did a great job setting up our move and making sure everything was lined up ahead of time. He helped coordinate timing, truck arrival, and made sure the loading and unloading process was clearly planned. On moving day, everything stayed on schedule and nothing felt rushed or chaotic. All of our belongings arrived safely, and the entire move felt very controlled and smooth.

DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Their specialty is to lie, cheat and mislead the consumer. They also REFUSE to call you back, unless they think they can lie their way to more money.

Their method is as follows:
1. You are seeking a moving company and their name comes up. You call. They assure you 100% they are licensed and bonded and they are wonderful
2. You go through a thorough inventory list at which time they quote a cubic footage required and a price. This is where the lies start. The cubic footage they state is woefully inadequate, (as you will discover later), probably about half of what they already know you will require. But hey, they are the 'experts' not you, right.
3. So based on the inadequate cubic footage they quote a price with a deposit required to day to 'lock this in'. You pay the deposit, have a confirmed moving date and know the final price. All is good, right?
4. Two days before you move they have scheduled a final call to go over everything and confirm. You go over the SAME inventory list that you did previously and now the scam really starts. They now claim you need TWICE the cubic footage and oh your costs are doubled...... Obviously you are two days out and completely ready to move. Plus you have paid a deposit. You have little in the way of options but to agree and pay.
5. But this is NOT ENOUGH for these cancers. On the day of the move a moving company arrives, usually First Class Movers of Springfield Illinois. They look everything over, take pictures but do not start loading!!! Why not? Well they have sent the pictures back to this cancerous company who then call you and tell you that you now need MORE cubic footage than they said. Even though they are the experts and the inventory has not changed one bit.
6. A representative gets on the phone demanding more money. In our case it was a spineless cancer called Michael. That is when the husband at our end got on the call and called him out on this unethical and borderline fraudulent behaviour. When told to cancel the whole thing and refund the monies already paid Michael was damn near in tears, saying it couldn't be done. Which is a lie. He just would of have caught hell and probably been fired if he had agreed.
7. Spineless Michael then supposedly called other departments and got us 'discounts'... Bear in mind this is after the cancers have more than doubled the original price.
8. I will be reporting these cancers to the Florida Board of Trade etc, but sadly they get reported frequently and it really is water off of a ducks back to them.
9. Do yourself a favour and NEVER use these cancerous frauds
10. Move safe are more than welcome to call me direct to discuss this review. But they won't as they are spinless chickens from top to bottom.

OK, here is the update. - I stand by everything I have said and these spineless cancers need to be put out of business. Their so called claimed 'refund' is NOTHING of the sort. Remember they had MORE THAN DOUBLED their original quote for the EXACT same inventory...

As I said, they are nothing but cancers and are more than welcome to call me to 'discuss'. When I will once again call them out on their lying, cheating, fraudulent bahviour.

DO NOT USE THESE CANCERS. EVER.
