Avoid! Let me down and made me pay double the price because of their underperformance. We moved the same contents as 4 years ago, when a different mover sent 3 people who did everything: dissembling and assembling in the new flat in something like 5 hours. These guys showed up with just two people and a van that didn't fit the contents and we were forced to leave some future behind just to get out on time to ensure the flat was vacant for the transactions to ho through. They took so long to load, working very slowly. Did not take the big wardrobe apart, so no surprise that some items didn't fit. When we arrived at the new place, they told us the wardrobe could not be taken to the bedroom upstairs. Almost forced us to get rid of it until we pushed for reasons. And eventually they agreed to take it apart and assemble again upstairs. Something they should have done anyway in the first place. Some items that didn't fit, did not arrive until 2 pm the next day and some of them were essentials. It was a stressful nightmare. Transactions were delayed by 2 hours. And to add insult to injury the company made us pay for 2 days rather than one, so this stress cost us a fortune. Incompetent, slow and not prepared to take responsibility for own poor decisions. Do not use!

To get started, we highly doubt by the awful review your giving that you used our services so you must be confusing us with another company. Alternatively, you may even be someone who desires to affect businesses.
Furthermore, we have thousands of loyal customers who are greatly satisfied with our services and are happily returning to us all the time. This one bad review will not affect us but we would like to reply regardless, to expose your feedback to our potential customers who may see this. As you can see this is the first time we have received such a bad review we cannot believe it every single one of our staff are highly qualified and trained with years of experience.
Moving on, all our vehicles are extra large we do not use small vehicles. Additionally, when a job is a two man job a driver will not be included so there will be three men in total this is always done regardless of the customers inquiry and we do not charge customers extra for this.
On top of that, you mentioned that you were charged for two days but if the job was for eight hours that does not make any sense. Why would you pay for two days and not eight hours. Any person would have stepped in and said hold on why am I being charged for two days.
During any service, if you experience the team is not performing to your expectations you always have the choice of cancellation, as there are further companies who will be happy to do the job on the same day they receive a call from a customer.
You also mentioned you moved four years ago, it is extremely clear your not being honest and truthful. How have you lived in that house for that amount of time and haven’t purchased any contents or furniture?
Additionally, you said you were forced to leave items behind, which we find highly offensive as we would never force customers to leave their personal belongings behind. If all of their items do not fit into the van we would provide further assistance and additional journeys that the customer would not be charged for. It is clear that whatever company you choose to use you were always going to avoid expenses and you were desiring to do the job as cheap as possible, that again… if you are actually a genuine customer.
All the comments you have made in this review are invalid and just piteous. You said you had been overcharged or the payment exceeded your expectation of four years ago. Obviously fuel prices were cheaper at a cost of £1 per litre four years ago. Insurance and other expenses was about half of what it costs now. Just to clarify everything compared to four years ago has doubled now. So whatever company you used four years ago I can guarantee there prices have risen too.
