Dear Libia, I don't understand your review. How come that you have paid 2 times? We haven't charge you anything. You gave credit card as a guarantee of your arrival and we didn't touched it. The only payment you have done was in the hotel. Did they charge you 2 times? Kind regards, Dejan

Horrible communication
We had a ski package (accommodation + ski pass + ski school) reserved through MountVacation.
When we arrived we had wrong information about the accomodation.
The agency was not answering the phone and it was quite stressfull and complicated to get to the host. In the end we managed to do it through local Info pult.
Additionally, we did not get any information about ski school for one member of the group. When we talked to the others they all got emails with correct information.
To sum it up, communication was horrible and I would strongly recommend to improve that aspect.
