7 months later and want to trick me again by maybe delivering to wrong address (again) or just plain Lying
it said shipped again but i didnt get it and their site currently says in transit where im at right now but sometimes acts ahead of the us mail tracking site they randomly gave me a tracking number a week and 3 days ago but still Never responded to my email saying i want a refund when all a sudden they gave me a 10$ coupon email 3 4 days before that and talking about that in the email they sent
do not order from them online what a Waste of time again what they Should do is at the least respond to emails instead of that bullshit and whats crazy is how usps.com said that shortly before the mailman came it was like 5 or 6 minutes before the deliverer came with Somebody Elses package instead of what was Ben supposed to be here i hope it goes out of business atleast their site of deceit and scams

I bought my boyfriend a couple of packs over a month ago and never received my order. Every time I try to get a hold of customer service I get ignored or hung up on. Don't buy these they won't come!

I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I received notice the next day that my order would be shipped within 24 hours. I still have not received it. I sent an email to customer service 4 days ago and received an email back that it had been read. Nothing, nada. I wouldn’t bother. They did however take my money.

I purchased CBD Mullein smokes for my husband for many months from Mountain Smokes. They were always on time and my husband loved the Mullein smokes to help him to stop smoking tobacco. On October 1st I ordered his usual and they sent my invoice. They never responded after that, never sent my order never answered any of my many inquiries on what was going on. I saw on their site that they had many of the same complaints, they were taking money for orders and never responding . Days after seeing these complaints i went on their site and saw that they had a new site and had wiped cleaned all of the bad reviews and complaints. To this day i still have not received a respond or my refund. I did see on Reddit a warning not to mess with them because they are scamming . word is they were bought out and the new buyers are doing the scamming
