For the most part, I have found your products to be consistently good. Slippery Elm Bark has not been consistent. The 5th time I ordered it, it was much coarser than the 4 previous times, changing the color & flavor of my medicinal tea. The response from support was that they'd gotten complaints that it was too finely ground.

I have ordered twice and so far i have had no issues finding what i needed, or getting information about my order and it arriving in a timely manner. I will definitely use this company as one of my go toos for my apothecary adventure.

I love the rosemary hydrosol. It’s been very affected as a face is stringent in addition to helping heal and suit sunburns and cuts. My skin is improved greatly. I also love the smell. I wish they offered a break on shipping because it is quite expensive.

I've always gotten great products and great customer service from MRH. I've ordered so much over the years and the herbs are fresh and high quality and stay fresh and fragrant longer than expected. I've made some wonderful herbal remedies with their products combined with my home grown herbs. Once there was a less than perfect herb in an order and they replaced it after a quick email exchange about the quality. I was very happy with the replacement and was treated fairly and with understanding. They really strive to keep their customers happy by providing high quality herbs.
